First of all, Team N was an AMAZING server! He was so kind and talked to us about our trip, the fact we were expecting our first child, and the fun things to do in Cleveland during the summer. We absolutely loved him and hope to see him whenever we visit Cleveland again!To top things off, the food here was amazing. We loved the bulgogi and the Strawberry lemonade was to die for. They had a banchan bar and a small sauce bar which were both great as well. Definitely don’t listen to some of the reviews and give Fiyah a try yourself!! ❤️ One of the best Korean bbq experiences we’ve had in a bit!
Despite the reviews, we decided to check this place out. We were so grateful we did. You must go see for yourself.This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the service Tim provided was excellent, and the price was good. My family and I will definitely be returning.
Enjoyed every minute of it. Clean, friendly staff, and great options. There is nothing I can think of wrong about our visit. Staff explained the process and we didn’t feel stupid. Genuine personalities, not overly hospitable but definitely not cold. I could see the possibility of one issue…. If it got busy, either the staff would have to double or the explanations and guidance would have to lack alittle, but on a Wednesday it was a perfect number of staff:guests, staff has to split tips would be my guess so I don’t mind smaller staffing so they are making a livable wage.

Terrible experience the waiter/ manager Tim was not polite and very rude. Went there for dinner the food was okay, just not good customer service paid $40 to be treated terrible. First and foremost I’ve only been there once I do not receive food stamps and I also I did not order a tower I don’t know who you have me confused with but this is racism at its finest and like I said I will not be back

This was my Second time going To this place and when i say it was so amazing the over all experience. The restaurant was very clean and spacious definitely puts you in the mind frame of being out of town. The workers were super friendly and very attentive, And the food was great, if you want to experience something different definitely recommend this restaurant

Came for a mixer event for the black coaches association. Food was solid! Had brunch items and mimosas. Only thing is they didn’t have any heat under the food to keep it hot.
