I stopped into Flannery's Pub after traveling most of the day. It was between lunch and dinner, so definitely a quieter time of day. There's a TON of indoor and outdoor seating. The bartender was attentive without feeling like she hovered around me.
I highly recommend the Poutine. It's enough for two people to split as a side, but I ate it as a meal. Reasonably priced, and delicious.

Writing this review a few months late because I just realized my issue never got resolved! I went to this bar after a Cavs game earlier this year. While I was at the bar a lady in the bar kept on saying the n word which made a lot of people in the bar uncomfortable. She was called out by numerous people inside of the bar and was asked to stop saying it. Her excuse was that the word wasn’t a big deal and kept saying it. An argument happened and multiple people were asked to leave the bar including myself which I guess is understandable. Before we were asked to leave I ordered food and paid for it by the bar. I asked before I left if I would receive a refund for my food and was told that I would and I even confirmed it by calling the next day and asking. I never received my refund and while being kicked out of the bar we left a few belongings which were promised to be shipped out and never were shipped. I offered to pay for shipping or even have a relative of mine come by pick up my stuff but they promised they would handle shipping and never did. Place never made their mistake right!

We had such a good time here, the food was amazing, came out super quick, and the whole place had such a cozy vibe. Shout out to our amazing server Chad! He gave us great recommendations and was so friendly and thoughtful the whole night. Will definitely be coming back :)

Absolutely the worst place to eat in Cleveland. Everything the waitress says was canned absolutely for sure. Perfect all that kind of stuff. The fish and chips was 80% batter and 20% chewy cod. Corn, beef, and cabbage, which isn’t even a dish in Ireland the plate with full of liquid from the uncooked head of cabbage very disappointed we had just got back from Ireland and we’re gonna have some Irish food, but it was terrible at that location.
The service was outstanding—couldn’t ask for better! They are pet-friendly for outdoor seating and even brought a bowl of water for our puppy. The food was excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a trip to Cleveland. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the Irish stew. Both were very good. Nate, our server, was outstanding. If you're downtown, or near Rocket Arena, it's a good place to stop in. The Irish beer is also great!
