Dear Flat Iron Café Team, I want to extend a heartfelt thank-you for providing such a fantastic place to host our party. Everything was absolutely perfect.
From planning the event and the ease of reserving the space and ordering the quality food and such, to the actual day of the party!
David and Jen were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire event. We truly appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—from clearing and cleaning as we went along to keeping the space looking great the whole time. As a bartender, David was excellent as well, with no wait time and friendly, efficient service. Jen and David both made sure fresh food was out throughout the evening, and everything was done without me ever having to ask for it!
The facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and it really made the event special. I would highly recommend the Flat Iron Café to anyone looking for a great place to host a party. You all made it a wonderful experience!

Quaint yet busy Irish pub restaurant that my friend and I stopped by before going to a Cavs game. The drink menu is vast and fairly priced, and the food is a decent mix of classic American Gastropub with some Irish/British Isles flourishes.
I got a chicken sandwich that was good overall, and was fairly priced for the amount of food. I was especially pleased with the service, from the very friendly bartender who also took our order, to the woman driving the shuttle bus that picked us up halfway to the arena when we decided to walk. They were all very busy with weekend traffic, but were still super helpful and friendly.
Food was delicious, fast service and reasonable price. Was my 1st time definitely won't be the last!!

I drove in from Missouri and wanted to grab dinner at an authentic local joint before the gig. The atmosphere was great. My sandwich was fantastic and I the side of mixed vegetables were fresh and in a delicious sauce. The customers and staff were very friendly, and the beer was cold. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed to see a beer named after an extreme racist like Hulk Hogan with a history of using the N word at this establishment. Hate should have no place in Cleveland! We're not coming back.

Service was slow which was fine as it was a busy concert night, but it was even slower because our server refused to write anything down, forgot our orders of food and drinks multiple times. There really was no excuse for it.
