I drove in from Missouri and wanted to grab dinner at an authentic local joint before the gig. The atmosphere was great. My sandwich was fantastic and I the side of mixed vegetables were fresh and in a delicious sauce. The customers and staff were very friendly, and the beer was cold. Highly recommended!

Service was slow which was fine as it was a busy concert night, but it was even slower because our server refused to write anything down, forgot our orders of food and drinks multiple times. There really was no excuse for it.

Loved this place! We stopped by The Flat Iron in Cleveland and had such a great experience. The food was seriously soooo good, everything came out hot and flavorful, and you could tell it was made with care. The vibe was awesome too—laid-back, cozy, and just the right mix of fun and welcoming. Definitely one of those spots you’re glad you stumbled into. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice spot to have a Guinness and watch a game. Bartender was super nice. We didn’t have any food, but the fish and chips that the folks next to us ate looked pretty good. Great local spot (even with not being locals!)

I went to Flat Iron on a Saturday at 6pm for dinner. I only saw two servers and the place was packed. The service was very slow and I felt like they were understaffed. I ordered chicken fingers with fries. The food was nothing special. I would describe it as typical bar food. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.
