The owner of this cafe is a down to earth hard working gentleman .Makes beautiful croissants,sour dough.A simple cafe without any frills.A must visit if you are around Cleveland Clinic area.
From peering through the glass wall, the baked goods looked delicious. On the morning we actually walked in, the sole person behind the counter was obviously harried. Turns out someone did not show up that morning which explained the really sparse offerings. We tried the only items available. Both the date-walnut scone and the mini-muffins were delicious. It is obvious that the baker knew his technique and ingredients. Scone was rich, moist with the date providing sweetness and...
I love the food. Everything is so tasty and fresh but it would be nice if they would change the bread to the sandwiches .... When asked.... They are nice in person but phone etiquette is not their specialty.
