Ordered two fish and chicken dinners, the chicken was old and the fish was over cooked. Normally our experience here is pretty good but not this time. Called to complain and the customer service was worse than the meal. If I had 4 thumbs they would all be down😩👎👎👎👎

They were very friendly and nice. But the food was nasty not how they use to be they fell off. The food taste like they cooked it already then they put it back the oil. And put seasoning on it it’s just nasty the fish nasty taste like the sea and the shrimp look foul with just alot of seasoning

I was truly disappointed with my meal. I paid for two pieces of fish and only received one. The fish was overcooked—more like fish jerky than a fresh filet. The fries were drenched in seasoning, making them hard to enjoy. There’s nowhere to sit and eat, and I wasn’t about to eat in the parking lot, especially with trash and leftover food scattered around. The overall experience lacked care and quality. I expected better.

I odered mac and cheese. Noone else was in tne plave but it took a long time to get it. Online menu says $2.50 but it is actually $4.00- $4.25 if you use card. Its Aldi's packaged product ( 3x's that amount from the source for $2.60 in refrig section). I asked for a packet of salt which I did not get. Will never go again. Cross the street ti Iries and get the delicious homemade stuff for yout$4.00

I have always found the food to be well-seasoned and delicious! When I lived in Berea, on the West side, I would drive to Fresh Catch because they have the BEST fish! I really like that it is cooked when you order your fish and not sitting on a burner waiting. I also like the fresh healthy-looking fish in the counter display and not frozen fish. Fresh Catch is EXCELLENT in my book! BJ

I normally get the perch dinners and they are always pretty good. My husband ordered from here for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered a small container of okra for $5 and got like eight pieces! Very upsetting for me! But when my husband ordered orange roughy ala carte, they don't give you the whole fillet, they cut it in half! They charge you almost $10 for one piece of fish and they cut it in half which cheated him. For the price we paid for a perch dinner, a couple of pieces of extra fish, and 10 wings, we could have had our own fish fry plus some! That was his first and last time going there and I won't be going back either.
