Ordered a medium spicy biryani came out super spicy

We told them to make them mild. They took it inside and mixed it with a white rice and now it doesn’t taste like biryani.

We ordered biryanis, and specifically mentioned spice level to be medium. However it was crazily spicy my stomach was burning. Runny nose, water from eyes … when we informed them they said you ordered spicy itself. I don’t even eat spicy food. When insisted they took it back mixed white rice and got back now it no where tastes like biryani.

Hello, I ordered yesterday plain naan, garlic naan and paneer butter masala. But they gave me chicken curry with the naan. What the hell they even didn't see what order they are preparing for customer. I am a vegetarian how can they give me chicken curry or item. I want my refund for my order. This is how you prepare the food for customer.

It’s my worst experience as they cook both in one and they mix both veg and Non veg as i ordered noodles veg and i got some pieces of chicken . Don’t order any veg food in this restaurant as they make in one pan or-bowl what ever it might be. Don’t go or don’t order . Worst restaurant..

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times in the past and even earned a $10 DoorDash reward because of how often I ordered. But every single time I tried to use that reward, they cancelled my order without any explanation. It’s obvious they don’t want to honor DoorDash rewards, which is really shady and frustrating.

At first, I thought it was a glitch, but it’s happened repeatedly — always only when I try to use my reward. That’s unacceptable customer service. If you can’t stand by your promotions, don’t offer them in the first place.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The best Indian food I’ve had in cleveland. Loved their mask bun, street style egg fried rice, chicken 65 biryani. Very neatly maintained and great and fast service . Very vast menu, good quantities and great prices. 100% recommend this place.

Wonderful restaurant. Great staff.
We gone directly after opening at 11 PM
They took order with great patience and said that all items in the menu are available which I didn’t expect.
We tried vada , poori and Chicken Noodles.
POORI AND CHICKEN noodles are really at next level.

We stopped in with a party of 8. The restaurant had about 18 diners total, 4 of whom were already eating, so it wasn’t exactly busy. We placed our order at 10:47 and didn’t walk out until 12:10. For a place advertising itself as “quick service,” this was anything but.

The delay in receiving food was excessive, and when it finally started to come out, nearly half of the items were missing until we specifically asked for them. Part of our order was supposed to be to-go, yet even that was mishandled. Despite having more than enough staff on the floor—something I asked about directly—they failed to move people around in a way that put customer service first. Any restaurant worth dining at knows that success depends on prioritizing guests, not leaving them to chase down their own meals.

The only “resolution” offered was to box up our food and point to a no-refund policy—one that, notably, wasn’t posted anywhere. A competent manager could have refunded the order and re-rung it with a discount, but accountability and efficiency were clearly not on the menu.

If you guys need guidance in creating better functional systems in your business here, I’d be more than happy to help. Just reach out. You have a great location and the ability to do extremely well if adjustments were made.

The presentation is vibrant, though the fish looks slightly over-charred in spots, which might make certain bites a bit bitter.
