with a friend, didn't know what I wanted. bartender takes friends order, then asks "anything else?" friend says no, bartender gets drink for friend. I've decided on what I want and wait at the bar for the bartender to be free. she comes over to me and says "just so you know, when I say anything else, I'm referring to the whole party. doesn't matter if it's different tabs. it's easier for the bartenders" also doesn't matter if you're not ready to order! a lot of phrases the bartender could have used that would have been more fitting for the situation and less accusatory! it was not exceptionally busy or anything that might prompt such a jagged response. extremely disappointed in the bar, have had multiple unsatisfactory customer service experiences here. if you're visiting or a local, go to any other bar! there are both cheaper and more punk options on detroit. disappointing that funhouse does not live up to its name.

Found this place last year and it's quickly became a home for me and my roommate. The bartenders here are super sweet, tentative, and very personable. Atmosphere and drinks are on point and we will always come back.Ps. Marella plays the best music in the bar, hands down!

Watched the santa tracker live it was lit. Only downside is the Christmas lights should stay it makes the place so much happier :)

Not sure what hard core music is... They seem to play some metal there and some hard rock, not so much death metal or grunge metal or satanic metal that some would say is on the lighter side compared to genres like gangster rap going to kill your entire neighborhood and families because you live on the opposite coast of the country, so if you were referring to the hard core music that you are offended by, please be more specific. And if ya u dont like metal, I guess u should no go to metal bar for fun time if not for u. From what I observe on one busy Saturday night, they accommodate to all types of races, religions, sexes, mammals that are mature enough to wait patiently for a libation without getting their dry panties in a bunch

I was there yesterday We always bring 6 to 10 ppl. We order We tipBut I noticed that Riley and Kim never checked on us unless we called them over and then was not friendly at all. I'm in the industry and this should not be allowed. Then we noticed that our glasses stayed empty. But everyone around us had service but we didn't. So I feel like there was an issue with my skin color. Then I noticed when we played music on the juke box, the volume decreased, but when the hard core music was playing you could barely talk to one another. So I felt it in my conscious to let ppl know that ppl of color seem not be welcome there and I'll never return. We looked forward to going there, but never ever will I be treated like I don't exist when we're spending too.

My husband and I came here on a date night. We had a great time. We enjoyed the horror movies on the TV and the creepy circus decor. Happy hour from 4-7 was incredible, the best happy hour we have seen by far. The bar tender was fast, quiet but friendly and on top of it! They don't have a food menu but it is definitely worth the drinks and there are a lot of restaurants nearby! They do have popcorn. We plan to go back. Free parking in rear. The only entrance is in the back as well, they don't use the street entrance anymore.Parking: Parking lot in rear.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into the building.
