George would be very disappointed in what's happened to his restaurant?

Great walleye and perch dinners. Delicious chicken noodle soup. Donna was a perky and personable waitress. Thank you!

Got there on a Sunday morning ? as soon as they opened. I don't think they were ready for customers yet, kinda pricey for mediocre food.

This place has been around for a long time...my dad used to eat here. Great comfort food and service. Very reasonable prices also. I would strongly recommend that you try the Rosamarina soup ?, delicious.

First off, it’s prudent to offer condolences to George on the passing of your wife. This news saddens all of us as loyal customers. That said, when you call a place a family restaurant, it usually simply means it’s owned and run independently by a family. Definitely the case here. In addition to that, we have become friends with many of the staff who work there. I cannot speak highly enough. The menu has tons of options. Everything is good, GREAT actually. My favorite dish is the Geotge’s Pasta Plate, rigatoni pasta with stir fry vegetables with either a tomato or white sauce (apparently not everyone’s favorite, but I love it).Parking: Parking can be a little tight during lunch peak. There is street parking and a public park on Trisket right next door/behind where the dumpsters are.

PLEASE READ! YES, there prices are cheap, there food is even good. BUT TODAY I SAW ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AREA. WHEN I LET THE MANAGER KNOW, SHE TOLD ME SHE KNOWS AND THAT ITS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM. MIND YOU WHEN TELLING SOMEONE ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN, THEY SAID THEY STOPPED EATING THERE 6 YEARS AGO BECAUSE THEY SEEN ROACHES.

Whoever doesn't give George's 5 stars needs to give their head a shake. EXCELLENT coffee brought near immediately (and it was BUSY) and kept topped up, incredibly delicious pancakes - huge portions for ridiculously low price. Service was not just warm and friendly but our server had hilarious dry humour - my daughter said "I have room for one more grandma" she loved her so much. Warm, cozy and clean. If I lived here I would probably eat here near daily.
