Waited 2 hours for a pizza and am still waiting. It shouldn’t take that long to make a pizza

Was getting robbed by two guys and they started chasing me, ran into Geppetto’s to hide from these two guys.

I told them that two guys tried robbing me and if I could hide in the store for a second, and I could see them down the street.

Explained that both guys were trying to harm me and the owner said to get out and he didn’t care.

Wouldn’t give this dude any money. Not a friendly place.

chicken fingers cole slaw, potato salad: all STARS. VERY tasty.
Not sure what happened with the lasagna- absolutely NO flavor. No oregano, garlic, etc. Sauce tastes like spaggetios from the can! Not trying to be mean- just really disappointed! Wayyy too much cheese on top and no flavor. The other food was 5 star, the lasagna was 2 star. Will try again sometime- maybe just a bad batch? I love getting dinner from local/family run biz so I will be back!

I absolutely LOVE this family owned pizza shop. The people are super friendly. The salads are really big and always have really fresh lettuce, veggies, etc. the pizza is my favorite in Cleveland! Also the wings and ribs are fabulous.

Pizza was 45 minutes late which I understand as I know they were busy. But it was also burnt on half and missing cheese on the other. The part I'm most upset about is that I I was told there would be no charge for the order. However I look today to see that the hold on my credit card went through.
