Pizza was 45 minutes late which I understand as I know they were busy. But it was also burnt on half and missing cheese on the other. The part I'm most upset about is that I I was told there would be no charge for the order. However I look today to see that the hold on my credit card went through.

I'm giving it 4 stars because they did not burn the pizza like I asked then not to specifically on my order because we've had it burned before, but it was cold when it got here. The wings were warm and good though. I placed an order before noon yesterday to be delivered at 4:30 through ChowNow. It got to be around 5:00 and my husband called to ask the status of the order. The lady that answered said that they were basically 'overwhelmed' when she got there because the delivery drivers car wouldn't start so everything was behind and she was trying to get orders started. I got another email saying it would be delivered 'around 5:00'. It got to be about 6:00 and he called again to ask the status. The first thing she says is 'we're not taking anymore orders'. He relipes he just wants to cancel the order and she replies she's not sure where the driver is but he went out with the order. After that she offers to refund me 50% on the order. The order arrives right after he gets off of the phone with her, cold pizza, and wings that are hot out of the oven on the bottom, and a little cooler on the top. The 'refund' comes shortly after that. The bill was $45.99 and I received a 'refund' of $11.99 that is still pending(not 50% as promised)I guess I should be happy I wasn't offered a $25 coupon like another reviewer on here? The nice part at least was the not burnt pizza tasted like it used to at the pizza bar when they were in Warren Village.

This Geppetto's is locally owned, family run, and woman owned business. The food is always amazing and the service is exceptional. I recommend the calzone, the chicken tender and rib dinner, and the rib sandwich. Take it from a BBQ sauce aficionado thier sauce is so yummy I would drink it! Don't sleep on Geppetto's they have way more than just pizza!!Parking: Lot behind building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance.

I previously ordered from this place before two large pizzas and 20 wings and the total was $63 and that’s including delivery recently ordered again two personal pizzas small and 20 wings and it came out to $60 with delivery just doesn’t make sense and they don’t have a set price of the website menu and the women always answer the phone which is the owner I’m sure always is rude and has an attitude !!

Thought about picking up ribs for dinner and remember when they had the best. Walked into a mostly dark restaurant nobody at the counter (Saturday night around 7). There was a woman in the back area packing up food. She completely ignored me. I stood there for several minutes, but not even a greeting. Decided it would take too long to cook to be worth it, especially with being ignored for so long and went to Arby's instead. Sad. I remember when they were good.

Ladies who worked Friday night dec.2nd were great to make sure customer service and care went into the killer calzone they whipped up for me. Was a big boy calzone, too! Will be back.
