They have pizza by the slice, or you can get a whole pizza (huge). They have beer. You'll order at the end of the line (the line goes by all the pizza.) they then give you a character to use for your order, they'll go around yelling it out finding you. Pizza is solid. Vibe is great. A cool spot downtown.

Service was kinda lacking. The pizza was mediocre. Having to wait 10 minutes for a single cheese slice seemed long. It seems like there’s a lot of interest in this space and they could turn over late night customers so much faster with just having more pizza available.

We came up for a Cavs game and stayed at the Residence Inn. My daughter wanted to get some pizza. Simply put, Pizza was awesome. Hot honey was damn good. Joe is a great dude and I am glad our paths crossed in life…

Having lunch by myself in this place and it’s like I am at The Agora with music BLASTING!!! Food mediocre at best and no one in the place at 1:00 PM. I give this place until mid summer to close. Good luck at the rock concert !

Absolutely aweful pizza and service. They had a nasty looking pizza sitter ng out for hours and a fresh one, I asked for the fresh one and they served me the nasty one even when I mentioned it, they served me it anyways. They also would not give me a glass of water. Aweful experience. Never come

Geraci's makes some of the best pizza in Cleveland. The downtown location maintains the awesome quality of the Height's location. Service was quick, there was plenty of seating, and the whole place was very clean.Vegetarian options: As long as cheese is part of your diet, there should be a few to several no-meat options.

I’m from San Antonio Texas visiting and I ordered a pizza about 2 hours ago and they told delivery driver ( door dash) that there was no order, so I called and pizza employee tells me they didn’t realize that there was actually a pizza to be delivered but door dash person already left and they have to cancel my order after I’ve waited for almost 2 hours. Poor communication, so disappointing. So consumers Beware.

I have ordered here twice before through the toast app. The first time was a pick up order. Went there, they didn’t get my order at all and had to wait almost an hour for them to make it. Now the second time I ordered delivery and again the pizza was late. They weren’t helpful with a status update on the driver, mind you, this is for a 2 blocks away order. And they didn’t deliver the food until an hour later of the scheduled time. Terrible service!

Great ambiance and atmosphere, yet food and service fall short. Geraci's tends to be a highly acclaimed pizza shop downtown, and I was excited to try them out! They offer super cool retro vibes from the 80s and a fun environment. When you enter there is a pizza counter, but it's hard to see the menu, and when I asked for help I was pointed to the handheld menu on a hidden area of the wall. I ended up going with the two slice combo (1 for The Pep and 1 of the Hot Tito) with a side salad and the Buffalo Pillows (similar to garlic knots) with Spicy Ranch sauce. The cashier seemed annoyed with my questions about the menu and wasn't very friendly while I ordered, I felt like an inconvenience to them. They also didn't bring out our entire order and we had to remind them about the pillows with our order. The Hot Tito and the Buffalo Pillows were the biggest disappointment. They weren't even spicy. In fact, the Hot Tito was very sweet and the Buffalo Pillows were kinda pesto flavored? It was odd. The Pep was good, and the salad was a basic salad. I would recommend the spicy ranch sauce though, it had a nice little kick and was a great combo with my crust from the Pep. Probably won't be back, but at least the vibes were cool to check out and see in person!

Cute pizza place next to the 5th Street Arcade on the Prospect Ave. side. The decor is 1960-70s, so cool for us who grew up during those decades. Several kinds of pizza were warm and available to purchase. You can order a slice or a whole pie. There were a few Italian dishes i.e., lasagna, meatballs and meatball subs, and salads. The beer list included a few domestics and imports. There were a few specialty drinks, too. There was plenty of seating. A back room looked nice to hold a private party or the overflow. There are several Geraci's around CLE. Yummy.
