Never had the pizza but the wings were top notch! Cooked perfectly, sauced properly. They were available quickly especially considering the big 10 championship. Been searching for a good wing place bc they are so expensive these days and most places go by the pound ect ect. I ll drive out of my way to get their wings again

Great chicken. Service lacking. Forgot the coleslaw. Mom really wanted the coleslaw so she drove back up to get it. She asked for more coleslaw for the hassle and the wait staff treats her like a homeless beggar instead of the patient understanding customer she is.
Maybe don’t forget the coleslaw and if you do forget the coleslaw. Maybe don’t be a Richard

This is my first time trying this pizza spot and it was amazing. I got a small light cheese. It was delicious at a good price as well. Jojos and coleslaw amazing as well. Will be telling my family & friends about this spot. Me new go 2.

Been coming here for years and wow the past few months food quality has went down. I get light bake it’s burnt. I get light sauce it’s extra sauce. Wings and jojos over cooked. This place is no longer my go to spot. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Also the employees are rude on the phone & worse when you get inside. The bathrooms wow that’s another story. A few years ago this was my favorite place.

Called to place a pick up order & the individual taking my order seemed bothered by the call & hung up as I was asking for my total. I called back for the total & got his less than pleasant attitude again. Chalked it up to a bad night & pick up the food (2 small specialty pizzas & large salad) and despite the attitude still tipped. I get home & the salad was wilted, brown and slimy! I didn't even bother calling or going back up there since I'm sure I would have been greeted with the same rude attitude I received on the phone. Very disappointed..... Do better Gionino's - your employees represent you & there are a lot of pizza places in the area to choose from!

Ordered food for pick up - 2 cheese breads, Meatballs and jojos.
Order was never dropped for the Jo Jo’s so waited an additional 15 minutes after my other food was done to even get my food.

Been here a few times and never had real issues never the best customer service but food made up for it. I don't need you to be a friendly person in this industry but a decent person would be nice. Call in a pickup order and a guy answered with instant attitude, ask if they had the special going on like their website stated for a lager pizza with Chicken he said yeah and then proceeded to cut me off. So I order that and another pizza. He hung up so fast I didn't even get my total. When I arrive for my pickup I was only handed two pizza when I asked about the special the guy just said oh sorry he messed up. Have a good day. And walked away. I don't give stupid people my energy so I just left. But damn the rudeness was crazy this time. Definitely won't be back

I’ve been going here for years, but won’t go back. I called an order in, then called back in a minute later to change the order a bit. The employee on the phone acted ridiculed lecturing me like I gave the nuclear codes away; I had asked for both the pizza and wings to be well done; however, when I got there 10 minutes early the employee had it all packaged up. When I got home I was astonished the cheese was melted but the crust was not cooked and the wings were dripping blood. I got the point of his lecture, don’t eat here . Great job!!!

They never get the order right ask for boneless you get bones ask for extra bake you get extra cheese ask for extra pepperoni you get sauce squirting out of your pizza never get consistent food 4 bad pizzas to every one twice now got bone in when I ordered boneless customer for 3 years plus never again....
