The restaurant presents an Omakase experience, with a 5-course meal being a highlight, showcasing creative and innovative combinations. Recent visits reveal excellent fish quality and impressive presentation of plates, offering a variety of flavors and textures. The chefs, including Chef Zach and Chef Lee, are skilled at making sushi and the food is consistently superb. The sushi bar creates an entertaining environment. The Otoro Nigiri with hot sauce is highly recommended. Diners can experience Chef Lee's Lee-makase, an 8-course meal fantastic with ingredients from Japan, well-prepared and flavorful. The sashimi course, wagyu in vegetable broth with seasame sauce, and mackerel course were especially enjoyed. The host is always warm and welcoming, and the servers are attentive and helpful. The sushi was outstanding, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The pork ramen was delicious, with an amazing broth and pork.
