Good service, food is good. They took their beer cheese soup off the menu, so it is hit or miss if they have it any given night.
great place to meet friends for dinner before a ball game. they have a shuttle that takes you to the park
We absolutely loved this venue. It was such a charming and unique place to have our wedding. Shannon, Kat, and the entire Great Lakes Brewery staff exceeded our expectations and helped make our special day complete. It was our first there at the venue for an event and we were completely blown away as were all of our guests. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a venue in the Cleveland area. - David & Andrea
Server was terrific. Beer was great as usual. Started dinner around 6pm at the bar area and could talk easily until the very end. Chicken tenders were crisp and tasty. They were out of the sorghum teriyaki sauce, which is weird for a house sauce that probably takes 15 minutes to put together but whatever. Poutine was an average mid western take.
The problem was the local Walleye fish & chips. Fries were fine. Was happy to see a decent serving of coleslaw but it was bland. The big problem was the fish. I seriously doubt it was walleye. The flesh was off-white to gray, oily, squat and fat. Walleye should be a torpedo shape with brilliant white flaky delicate flesh. Disappointing.
Great selection of Great Lakes beers - strongly recommended
Small food and cocktail menu, lots of beers to choose from. Nice merch in the gift shop, would recommend checking it out! Outdoor seating available.
Very cozy atmosphere with attentive, friendly staff. The hummus was fresh and tasty, and the beers are top-notch
My friend and I were visiting Cleveland to go to the Rock Hall and needed a place for dinner. I happened upon their Dyngus Day celebration info online before we left home and made reservations.
My friend had visited before, but this was a brand new place for me. We were seated at a hi-top next to the bar, and a server appeared almost immediately. I'm not a huge beer drinker, so I asked for a recommendation – she suggested their orange cranberry wheat beer, which was outstanding. (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name – shortish, slender, brunette waitress: you're my hero, and your suggestion was awesome!)
We ended up ordering the pierogi pizza, a Dyngus Day special, which was delicious. No fewer than three different staff took care of us, making sure drinks were never empty and that the food was to our liking.
The ambiance was nice. It was a comfortable bar atmosphere; not too loud to have a conversation. I bet when the patio opens, it's even better. Last Call was told to each table, rather than shouted from the bar. Go, you won't be sorry.
Our 11th Eco Meet CLE networking event in the Tasting Room at Great Lakes Brewing Company was perfect, as always. The Conways are warm hosts and their professional, friendly staff take care of all the details so we can enjoy our events without worry. The delicious beer and food unique, casual atmosphere makes this a great place to host a professional or social event.
Good beer and merchandise. The food was just okay.

Shannon and the Great Lakes staff were wonderful! They were so helpful and accommodating on our special day and the room looked fantastic! Everything was taken care of from start to finish and it allowed us to have such a stress free day!
Great selection of home grown beer and good food choices.
Good choice of beers.
Like a few other reviews before, the drinks were good as well as the staff but the food was honestly lacking. The chicken sandwich was ok but nothing I'd call great and the fries that came with it were a bit stale like they'd been sitting out a long while. A freind had the pierogi plate and rated them about 5 out of 10. Still a decent place to go but more for the location and drinks.
Awesome to stay an afternoon, very friendly and good vibes
