Had lunch at great lakes food is really good. Service excellent. Knowledgeable staff on what beer to try.

The Luxury Burger was incredible! Highly recommend that if you like red meat.

I’m not a big beer fan, but I thought the beer was pretty good - better than I anticipated. Octoberfest was in season and my choice.

GLBC and Shannon were amazing and helped bring our wedding celebration to life. The entire process was easy - booking and talking to Shannon and seeing what we needed. Out of all the places we looked at and spoke to, GLBC was the most accommodating, the most responsive, and had the most custom made options. They made sure that everyone had food to eat, given that we had multiple people with different preferences/allergies (gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians). They helped us style the room to the vibes that we were going for, gave us extra space, and also helped set-up our flower centerpieces. The food was delicious and our guests continued to talk about all of things they tried that they loved. FYI - meatball with marinara, sausage platter, and buffalo cauliflower were the top 3 apps everyone went back for multiple times. Overall, we had the best time and would recommend this venue over and over again. Thanks GLBC and Shannon!

The restaurant was very busy. However we were able to get sat right away. We were sad & near one of the bars at a high top. The table and area was very clean around the restaurant. I had the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and upgraded to sweet potato fries. My friend got the chicken skewers. The food was delicious, came out fast, and seemed fresh. There is a lot of different areas to sit inside the restaurant. The outdoor dining seemed big and not too crowded. Menu was very well priced our server was super attentive and kind. Overall incredible experience compared to the experience I had just had at another local place that we decided to leave.

I did enjoy their DORTMUNDER a lager, also asked for the classic burger and fries,but a bit disappointing fries tasted like McDonald's and burger was over cooked.

Visited the store to buy some beers and bought a pack of Dortmunder to enjoy at home.

Definitely has options for beer. Not to many food options if your hungry. A bite for everyone.

We had a private event on the second floor. The food and service were awesome! The beers were cold and tasty.

I contacted the events coordinator about a private dinner for 20 people multiple times with no response. Emailed and left voicemails. Not a good way to do business. Go elsewhere for your event

Had a great experience with our 4 kids at Great Lakes Brewing! Kevin was our server and he gave us so much helpful tips to enjoy our day here in Cleveland. Beer was great and food was delicious!

Great beer. The staff was rude - maybe they weren't having a good day. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was full of bones.
