This is such a great spot! We were headed to the bride expo and needed to stop somewhere for a quick bite and a drink. We came to the Great Room at Keytower and it was perfect! The bartender was sweet and attentive. I'd come back!
I eat here often and it’s consistently good food and great service. The pulled pork sandwich and the Thai chicken salad are favorites. So flavorful and always delicious. The staff is friendly and personable, always there when you need them, and not when you don’t. They are upbeat and positive which reflects well on the management at Marriott and makes for a pleasant experience for all. Megan always goes above and beyond.
We were standing at the host stand waiting for a while (but we did come around 2 pm). After we sat down our waitress was great. The food is pricey for what it is, but the portion sizes are good. It was very convenient in the hotel lobby though.
