What a wonderful experience. Great staff , great food and great atmosphere.
Lunch is a must. Clean with plenty of seating. Open area with music and fun times. A must see in Cleveland.
Best service and food!
Went to Green Goat with my husband on my lunch break. Ordered our food via the kiosk they have in the lobby area. We sat at a table for 20 minutes when we told that they have a huge line of tickets and that it would be at least another 20 minutes until they even got to our order. We stated I was on my lunch break so the girl offered us a refund, which we agreed to. A different girl comes over with a gift card for the amount minus the two drinks we were having while waiting for our food. We said we didn’t want a gift card that we wanted a refund, as it was offered to us. It’s ridiculous that door dash orders have priority over the patrons sitting in the restaurant. It’s also crazy that you don’t give us our food but offer us a gift card as our refund. We were given a refund when all was said and done. Customer service lacks and I can’t say anything about the food since we never got it.
Immediately upon entering, I was blown away from the atmosphere. It is the perfect place to bring a group of friends. My breakfast sandwich was very tasty! I will definitely be back!

We went for brunch on a day when they had a few pop-up DJs. It was a fun vibe, not too crowded, great music and healthy food. They had some food allergy labels and options, but were also missing a few of the basics (e.g., no GF bread to swap out for regular, no labels RE dairy). Prices were reasonable. We would definitely try it again.
I want to love this place. The food is great but the first time I went, I dined in and they forgot to bring the food to us. I had to go up to the counter where I saw the food waiting to be brought to our table. The hostess just gave both plates to me instead of offering to bring it. The next time I went in, I ordered ahead and got take out. The order was not done when they said it would be, and then when I opened my order after leaving, it was missing an item. I think they just need to give a bit more attention to detail. That said, the food was delicious both times, but when your payment screen defaults to 20% tip for a counter serve restaurant, you expect a little bit better service.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when my friend suggested we grab a quick lunch at the Green Goat. We parked on the street and came in through the entrance where you walk up the stairs—and immediately, I was impressed. This was my kind of place. The atmosphere was awesome.
It’s set up like a courtyard inside an industrial building, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Very well designed. Whoever handled the architecture and interior design did an excellent job. Atmosphere is a big deal to me, and they nailed it.
When it came to ordering, I wasn’t sure what to pick. I landed on a burger and decided to swap out the fries for a side salad, thinking it would be a fresh option. Turns out, I was actually paying extra to remove my fries and get the salad—easily the biggest mistake of the meal.
The side salad was basically chopped lettuce with straight vinegar dumped on it. No oil, no seasoning, nothing. Unless you’re a rabbit, I can’t imagine how this was worth an additional $2.
The burger itself was decent. I noticed a strange blue topping and later found out it was blueberry ketchup. Mad points for creativity, but the flavor just didn’t land for me. I don’t want blueberries on my burger. It wasn’t bad—just didn’t stand out or elevate the dish.
Overall, I’d say the food was fine, but not memorable. They’re clearly trying to be creative, but for me, it missed the mark. I wouldn’t call it poor quality, but I also wouldn’t rush back for the food alone. The atmosphere, though? That’s worth a visit.

I just received an order placed on DoorDash. The sourdough breakfast item comes with mozzarella, boiled eggs, balsamic vinegar and tomatoes. When received the eggs were missing. Also ordered a coffee that was half empty with a lot of foam that could be dish soap. The lid looked like it had been used. The fries were also cold.
I ordered from this restaurant last year and looked forward to them again but was really disappointed.

THE WORST MATCHA I'VE EVER HAD. i tried this place before i knew who the owner is because i love trying new coffee shops & i'm a huge matcha fan. the person at the register told me it was the best matcha they've ever had, so of course i trusted them. the color was promising but once i took a sip, it had no taste at all. stop supporting BG businesses!!!! this place is obviously just another cash grab and has no authenticity or originality at all.

My wife and I ate here for the first time and I would have given it a 6.5/10...coffee was bad but food tasted good. UNTIL my wife got aggressively sick to her stomach with in 15 minutes of leaving. Would not recommend. If you do a little review research you'll find this to be a pretty common occurrence
