This place could not be more accommodating for the participants of the St Patrick's Day parade. Friendly. Answered all our questions. Thanks for a warm place to hang out before we had to march.

I like this place, i have been a handful of times. The only thing that is off putting for me is the staff. Every time its someone different but they are consistently dry, condescending and seemingly

Great vegan options in a lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you are ever in the area.

I got violently ill after eating here. I ordered the smash burger. It was so incredibly greasy that it was inedible. My family ordered one of the salads and it was drenched in a sour dressing that also was inedible. It's too bad- I love the menu and the concept, but they miss the mark.

One of my favorite places to relax and get some work done! Great food, great service, great drinks! Plenty of outlets to charge my outlet and lots of space for privacy. Highly recommend this place as a work space, or just a place to get a coffee with a friend and chat.

Poor training and communication truly ruined my dining experience today, at Green Goat Cafe/Bar. I have been to this location several times and although the staff is understandably “learning to be leaders”, I was absolutely horrified with the lack of trust, training, and complete abandonment from management/ownership, towards the staff. I was equally disappointed by everyones inability to provide a hospitable environment for patrons. The entire location was riddled with dust and uncleaned tables. When my husband asked for bone broth, a staple for this chain of restaurants, we were told they had not made any for the day. The entire menu was similar to this sentiment and it became a whac-a-mole game, just to order something.I ordered a Mimosa and received orange juice with Prosecco that was flat. When I requested a fresh bottle, I was told that the current bottle was the only bottle available, and it had been opened several days prior. Despite a new menu, when I asked for a split/can of Prosecco, an item listed on the menu, I was told they didn’t have that either. When my food arrived, we waited 5min before reminding the staff, for a second time, to bring silverware. When it was forgotten again, we decided to get up and retrieving it ourselves.By the time I tried to enjoy my meal, the food was cold and the meat was so tough, I had to saw into it, just to enjoy a bite—I ordered a breakfast sandwich without bread! To add insult to injury, I did not have a drink and after working so hard at trying to enjoy my lunch, I opted for a refund for the sandwich and mimosa I never received. My husband atehis food but later described it as mediocre. The “lead” for the sparse service team, was a boy named Gabe. He took several commutes back and forth to receive directions, via text, from his manager Alexis. The reality became clear that he was not trusted to handle refunds and Alexis refused to speak to me.Not only did I leave without a breakfast sandwich or the mimosas I intended to enjoy, I was treated with blatant disregard as well as an inconvenience; as if my requests were outside the capacity of general restaurant operations.I was finally issued a refund an hour later, I also received a text from Alexis, requesting that I inform her about concerns Gabe may not have mentioned. I think it’s absolutely unconscionable for the staffing at this location to endure the frustration and disappointment of patrons, without proper training or communication from management or ownership, so I’ve instructed Alexis to read this review.

Beautiful design with cozy modern feel. The food and drinks are clean and healthy. Nice to have organic options in Cleveland. The staff is super friendly. Will be back.

Really awesome option for those of us with food sensitivities. Found them on Seed Oil Scout as I have recently developed an intolerance to seed oils and gluten. The gentlemen who took my order also asked about any food allergies I might have, which made me very happy. Wonderful service, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food! The bone broth is amazing. Will be back for sure.

The food here is good and healthy but the price feels unreasonable compared to portion size. The coffee is not good here in my opinion

This place was connected to our Airbnb. Vegan friendly place created a relaxing vibe with lots of healthy choices. The service was also friendly. Plenty of seating perfectly located in the downtown area. Grab a smoothie to start your day! Refreshing!
