I went to the South Euclid location on 11/20/25 for my sister's birthday. I ended up in the E.R. later that evening with Food Poisoning, not to mention the food was very overpriced. I'm would, not recommend this location ever. (God loves the truth). I have no reason to lie.

Came here for a girls night with my cousins. Our server Candice was incredible. It was soooo refreshing having someone pleasant and efficient nowadays! Food was great. I loved that we were fully immersed into an experience of being SERVED - you can tell their team coexist well - which is prob why our experience was stellar. I noticed how the team greeted everyone that walked thru the door and how each team member was pleasant in demeanor. I will be adding this place on my list for places I recommend to ppl.

We came in about 10 minutes after the establishment opened the service was amazing from the start ! Candace was very attentive to us with our food and drink orders. Everything came out hot and fresh ! Definitely will be back !! Shout out to Candace !!

Disappointed with Service and Wait Time
We called ahead for reservations and were seated right away, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. No waitress came to our table for about 20 minutes — not even to offer water — until someone finally noticed we had been seated.
After placing our order, we ended up waiting nearly two hours for our food to arrive. During that time, our waitress came back about an hour and a half in to say it would be another 15 minutes, and later returned to tell us it would actually be a half hour and that we could leave if we wanted. Because it was already late (around 12:30 a.m.) and we were visiting Cleveland with no other open options nearby, we decided to stay.
When our food finally came out, part of my fried corn was burned. After such a long wait, it was very disappointing. We also watched while other patrons were seated and served before us.
We had looked forward to trying Grill 55, but the experience left us frustrated and hungry after a long day. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving timeliness and communication with guests.
Service was terrible. Waited forever to get food. Fries hella greasy. Waiter was sitting at hookah instead of taking our food to us. We get to the counter our food been ready and management refused to discount.

I had the salmon pasta… the pasta could have used some salt but the salmon was perfect. Service was ok, waitress never checked on us after we received our food. Bathroom was a mess… 4 stars all around.
