I absolutely love this local restaurant! 😊 There’s just something special about a neighborhood spot that consistently serves great food and makes you feel welcome every time you visit. The service is always quick and efficient, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.
One of my favorite things on the menu is the Western omelette. 🍳 It’s always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I usually order it with a side of pork links, some toast, and a refreshing glass of apple juice, which makes for a really satisfying meal. 😋 The prices are also very reasonable, so you get a great meal without spending too much.
Another cool thing about this place is the artwork displayed around the restaurant. 🎨 Not only does it add a lot of character to the decor, but you can actually purchase some of the pieces if you like them. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and everything — from the dining area to the restrooms — is very clean and well maintained.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to eat, and I would definitely recommend checking it out! 👍

Good food, good service, quirky atmosphere.
We got the Breakfast Burrito with Pork Chorizo and the Eggs Benedict. Both were super good. Will have to try other stuff next time.
Kimberly took good care of us, no notes.
The atmosphere was unique and bright.

Cool atmosphere, pretty tasty food (got the Carminator, my husband got the Grumpy’s special, & daughter got eggs, bacon, and a pancake), but not great service. Our girl, thin, brunette with glasses, had such a dry personality. Distracted. Couldn’t be bothered. We added on cinnamon roll pancakes to my husbands breakfast. They came out with French toast instead. We noted the mistake, and she removed the toast from our plates? Then someone else brought back the other pancakes after we had finished with all of our dishes. No apologies. No asking how our meals were. And worst of all, we never got our drinks (waters & coffee) refreshed. I had drank my coffee near empty before my food even came out. By the time pancakes were delivered, i had to sit up out of my seat & raise my cup to catch her eye & ask for more coffee.
The atmosphere was fun, and quirky. We loved looking at the art. But if we’re spending $60 on breakfast out, just eggs and such, we’d at least expect nice and attentive service.

Excellent diner. Great food. Great service. Try the morning after omelet. What a creative and delicious idea. Sausage gravy is not just for biscuits! Very nice people here, despite the playful name.

If you want some of the BEST DAMNED FOOD in the city, come to Grumpy's. Get here early cause the parking lot fills up fast! And you gotta try the Morning After Omelet! In my opinion it's the best thing on the menu.

Older rehabbed part of Cleveland food was fair corned beef hash was delicious. Cajun Hash Browns were ordered extra crisp they were not and were cold. Would have been tasty if made to order. Tomato soup was fantastic. Chicken ceasersalad $14 was wilted and chicken hard did not eat much sadly. Wheat toast hard over done. Overall may be worth another shot, the service was very good just seemed like the kitchen was in a hurry doing their best and things were pre made like the toast to get thinks out quick. A little pricey but if prepared correct in line. Bill for the 4 of us with tip $75 and one guest only had the soup and water to drink.

Great food and very friendly staff. I’m fairly new to the area and was hoping to find a regular breakfast diner and this is it. A coworker referred this gem and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

The menu required an experienced tour guide as I was with a Vegan, and Sienna, our wait person, even knew the ingredients intimately. We both had unique wraps with hints of Mexican... both dilicious. I'm going to make this place a habit it was so perfect!
