Gually’s Bakery & Restaurant

This was my first time here and won't be my last I just got potato balls which they made fresh to order and some rice the girl that took care of me was so sweet I wish I would of got her name my new favorite place

Great food great customer service

Personally, I have seen how Wally's Bakery has put all its effort into providing the best quality service and wide variety of food, but they also give us a little piece of history encrypted in the memorable ones hanging on the walls. I am quite satisfied with all the staff and the very good work environment. More than customers make us feel like family, I never miss a weekend without coming to enjoy one of my favorite pastrami sandwiches. In short 20 out of 10!!!

No organization in this place whatsoever. They said “Next in Line” so I walk up and tried to place my order and she said “Oh you have to order that at the register.” Then all the food was completely dry!! I waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches meanwhile like 20 sandwiches came out for call in orders that just sat there. On top of all that I ordered a pound of pork and it looks like the pork has been under a heat lamp for hours. I also got 4 empanadas that would have broke your teeth if you bit into them. Definitely do not recommend this mess of a place. Especially their parking situation as well. Save yourself terrible food and headaches and just pick a different bakery.

Food is fantastic when busy service is extremely slow. Staff is friendly and a nice atmosphere with some booths and tables.

The worst place I've visited in Cleveland, you buy a combo, they charge you for the rice, the meat, and the mature ones, everything separately, so I would like the owner to tell me how that combo works, plus too much salt in the food and no flavor, that's what But I don't recommend it.

Hot food Prices not posted, I asked the server, and she told me $13 per dinner combo, and she rang me $14. The alcapurrias were dry like they were sitting there for hours and the rice and beans and bistec was not all that. There are other bakeries and restaurant out there with better tasting food.
