Gusto's Seafood & Chicken

It was my first time having them it was not worth 17 dollars the shrimps was salted the Mac and cheese was disgusting ? to expensive to nasty

I went there today to buy a seafood basket. I was not please at all. The only sauce they had was butter. When I get home there is no butter with my meal at all. I also ordered a half pound of shrimp. I received six shrimp that looked like popcorn shrimp. That is not a half pound. I will not be coming back. This was my first and last time coming to this establishment. I also did not get sausage which I asked for

The chicken wings are better than some restaurants. The customer service is terrible. I tried calling in an order the line was busy for hour. Waited 15 to 20 minutes for the order.

TERRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!! I two hours past Uber never showed. I called and said I would come get it the man told me Ol the order had been ready but no one came. I get there no food is done. I work at a hospital so it’s hard to really leave but because I spent 35.00 and didn’t have any other food I went to get it. Get there he’s goes to the back without saying a word and drop chicken didn’t tell me I had to wait or anything just walked away. He comes back up front about 15 mins later with a bag and hands it to me. Something say open it. Welp not only was the chicken disappointing I didn’t get any of what I ordered. No jambalaya no lobster bites just what he quickly put together. Told me “it’s not my fault I’m ringing up and cooking” and it’s not my fault also if you don’t have the food don’t take anyone money. Some wonder why we can’t support black business THIS IS WHY

Excellent customer service ordered the 6piece wings with fries and hushpuppies those wings are the bomb! they are not greasy at all nice and crispy and seasoned very well. I received a 3piece instead of the 6piece I ordered, so I called and was told to come back. I came back a week later I expected to just receive the 3 wings that I didn't receive. to my surprise they gave me a whole new order meaning 6 whole wings w fries and hushpuppies fresh and hot! It was my first and last time here. After reviewing the menu I decided what I wanted only to be told that they were in the process of doing a catering order for 150 wings so ot would be a while at least 30 minutes before I could get what I wanted. Not impressed at all with the service or cleanliness.

I went here on 9/24/20 and I spent $53. I ordered the shrimp boil for myself and i didn’t expect salad size shrimp and I ordered eggs and they left them out. The spicy Gusto’s sauce wasn’t spicy at all and as a vinegar taste to it. I order my cousin a chicken & fish basket & it was over cooked. I will not be going back sorry!!

Who ever seasoned the chicken wing there where delicious and the fish was cooked perfect just remind them to give you something to eat with.

Great , friendly customer service. Order was fast and hot. I got a text as soon as order was ready. Great taste for the catfish and hush puppies. Heard good things about Gustos and I will definitely be back.

Fish was seasoned and cooked just right. It was more than enough I had to save some for later.

Ordered on DoorDash and wish I didn’t because I couldn’t return the food. I was not impressed with the portion for the money.The shrimp has no taste and the jambalaya was pasty consistency and too spicy for me or my family to eat. I definitely won’t order again, highly disappointing!

Got the chicken and fish dinner. Said my order would take about 25 minutes. It took about 50 minutes when I got my food it smelled good I was ready to smash. The fish was rock hard the chicken didn’t have any seasoning the fries was good. In all I was very disappointed and it was not worth $30. I wish I could show a video of my wife knocking on the fish to show proof ... Gustos seafood and chicken won’t be around long.
