Ordered food on line through their website and it allowed me to select delivery to a local hotel. 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time I reached out to check on my order and was told they didn't have delivery. They said they would send in to door dash. I called back after another 20 minutes and was told it had been picked up. After another 20 minutes and no pizza they admitted it was still sitting there. Waste of 2 hours.

Shut it down! (screamed in John Taffer’s voice). They told us 15-20 minutes for a pizza and after an hour of waiting said oops not sure where it is. After inspecting how dirty the place is it’s probably for the best we didn’t receive any food.

Downtown Cleveland Guys......The food was okay... Not great but not the worst. But the service and atmosphere is horrible. It's like they get people off the streets to work here. They have no etiquette when dealing with customers. Rude is what they are..... It's like seriously....... a good greeting can go a long way.... Guys is going to loose a lot of business if they don't vet these ppl

I ordered a LARGE pizza, they gave me a MEDIUM, the toppings were skimpy, and it was TERRIBLY UNDERDONE AND DOUGHY, They would NOT replace my pizza with the CORRECT SIZE because I didn't bring it back to them. But I am disabled and cannot drive so I could not bring it back to them so I had no choice but to eat . I USED TO order from them for their QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. But I see now that it is NO LONGER THE SAME. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING MY BUSINESS!!

We went here around 10pm August 20th. After we ordered a slice of pizza, boneless wings, and fries we were told it would be 15-20 minutes. While we were waiting, there was a huge cockroach crawling on the floor, and the cashier swept it in the dustpan and brought it back to what I assume was the kitchen. We lost our appetite, and at this point we've been waiting 30 minutes. I asked the cashier to just cancel the order, she said the chicken was halfway done and she didn't know how to cancel or issue refunds. She went to the back to get help with canceling, and somehow chicken that was halfway done was ready. When it was brought home, it was soggy, undercooked, and inedible.

Service is kind of weird. I came in during late night tried to order a Polish Boy online but it’s not there anymore so I order in person and they charged me sales tax during the sales tax holiday.
