When they say 4 or 5 minute wait, apparently they really mean 23 or more minutes wait. I deliver for Doordash and unfortunately this particular location is one of the very worst in many many miles radius. Monday August 4th around 9pm. So awful. Its pretty clear im unhappy. This location is so poorly managed its going to make me quit delivering. Get your act together.

I was visiting Cleveland from another state we were tired from traveling all day and this place I saw on Google was open late so we decided to try them I ordered 60$ worth of food, my child came out with platters stacked on top of each other with no handle bag we dropped our food in the street trying to get it into the house also wings were Overcooked very hard to chew and had no flavor the ranch seemed to be Miracle whip but the woman who worked the phones was very nice but for 60 dollars worth of food, bags need to be provided so food isn't dropped during transport.

Very odd experience here. The cashier seemed annoyed we came in to eat. I questioned if subs would come with chips and was told they were out of chips. I wanted to get drinks and was informed there wasn’t much of a stock at the moment but looking down on the floor to my left there was many cases and bottles, they just weren’t in the fridge yet. The food was descent enough but not enough to return.

Stopped here for dinner since it was one of the few places open past 10pm. Ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese. Food tasted pretty good. While we were waiting inside the atmosphere was a bit bizarre. A guy walked in from the street and asked if I wanted the package of sausage he was holding because he was trying to get rid of it.

I got a small cheese pizza to go and I don’t live far away. When i opened the box the receipt was sticking on the pizza inside the box on my food. Plus out of the six slices 3 were not edible as they were sticking on the top of the box with all of its cheese stuck to the box. Overall a very bad experience. This was my first and last time trying this place. There was no hygiene. No gloves no washing hands and doing all of it with bare hands

Wow haven’t had in years and will definitely be coming back .Had a gyro pizza last night close to closing time and it was absolutely delicious guys were sweet as well. That house sauce on the wings is pretty tasty too big easy I believe.
