I've eaten here for years, the owners are great, down to Earth and cook some really good food. I've only had the vegetarian dishes- very flavorful- I once ate here 7 days in a row. Super worth it.

Fun! Grab some friends and leave the silverware at home. Ethiopian cuisine is best eaten with a group, and Habesha does not disappoint when it comes to serving fresh, delicious food.
The food is great. I have only been once, my 1st time eating Ethiopian food. Good discovery.

BOMB food and the lady who sat/served us was so sweet. We could hear her humming the songs in the kitchen and it felt like such a homely experience. Get a combination plate and share w someone!

This is a humble looking place however, the staff is super friendly and very sweet. The food is absolutley amazing. I also participated in their coffee ceremony where they showed us how they roasted the coffee beans and gave us POPCORN. The combination of the two things together actually taste pretty good. Coffee was served in a traditional pouring vessel and portions are massive.

Habesha's is genuinely one of the best places in the city to get food. It's a small, family run restaurant that has an incredible, representative selection of food from their culture. Kind staff and good atmosphere makes for a great experience.I've never had a bad meal here. Plenty of meat options that are so tasty and, honestly, the vegetarian options might even be better. You can tell that the owners put genuine care into making their food the highest quality possible. If I lived closer, I'd be here every week, to be honest. African cuisine is fairly under represented in Cleveland so it's awesome to have a place like Habesha's representing their county and continent so well.
Great good! They really care about their customers and provide great service as well as great food.

It's not a very fancy place. However, the food is high in quality and very unique and interesting to try. Would recommend to anyone looking to try something new they haven't had before.
