Hands down my favorite authentic Chinese restaurant in town. One of my go-to restaurants. We almost always order Sauteed String Beans w/ Garlic, Beijing Style Eggplant, Crispy Pork Cutlets, Chef's Special Dry Chili Chicken.
The Clear Wide Cold Noodles w/ Vegetables is also very good but you can't really have any leftover because the noodle gets hard after being in the fridge. I'd also recommend the Szechuan Spicy Cold Noodle and hot & sour soup. I just tried the Hung Sue Beef Brisket Noodle today and it was very tasty 😋 just be mindful the brisket is Chinese style so it's not really brisket, it's actually rough flank which has a lot of connective tissue.
Basically I haven't tried anything here that I didn't think was good. Even if it wasn't my favorite, it was still good. Oh, maybe don't order the potstickers appetizer because they don't seem to be made in house. They look like the Way Fong brand frozen dumplings to me.

This place is nothing like the typical Americanized Chinese takeout — the flavors here are authentic, rich, and exactly what you’d expect from a proper Chinese kitchen.
