Nothing better than cold noodles on a hot day, and Han's Sichuan Cold Noodles deliver. Most American consumers expect spice when ordering Sichuan food, but these noodles have little, instead carrying a deep savory and nutty taste (sesame paste?), with bits of cucumber on top for needed light contrast. Goes great with an ice-cold, sickly sweet canned coffee sold at the counter.

Northern Chinese cooking, rare in Cleveland. The eggplant dish wowed this lifelong avoider of that plant. Very good food.

Ordered the wonton with chili oil and twice cooked pork. 100% recommend the twice cooked pork. Next time I'd like to try the hot & sour soup, mapo tofu, and eggplant

Outstanding everything! Super helpful People, nice and clean and amazing food. The beef was incredibly tender and the wonton soup was some of the best I have ever had. We will most certainly be back.

The food is literally the best Chinese I've found in all of Cleveland. Service is great! This is our new favorite Chinese spot. We will be coming back.

Authentic Chinese food. But the service is not that impressive at all.

Everything here, and I literally mean everything, is so delicious and extremely well priced. Staff is as attentive as it can be considering it's small and family owned. You'd never suspect it from the outside, but this is definitely a go to place if you stop in Cleveland. Warning-not very gluten free friendly. They can do it with some dishes, but it's not their true MO.

The food was very tasty. I had shrimp and broccoli. Nice large shrimp with broccoli florets and a tasty brown sauce and white rice on the side. We also ordered spicy fried rice. The heat took a few seconds to come on. It's not super hot. We also ordered Kung Pao pork. Peanuts, red & green bell peppers, celery and onions are the vegetables in a spicy brown sauce. It's not super hot either. Price was reasonable. The restaurant is not large. We will be back.

Authentic Chinese Kabob place. Very good! Everything is in Chinese which is fun and makes you feel it is authentic. If you are salt/msg conscious be aware food is highly seasoned.

Good northern food, i liked their dishes although the portions are on the smaller side. The korean noodle soup just tastes like ramen with some seafood additions, its still good though. The fried fish and peppers were very solid. Liangpi/cold noodles were good

I can not say enough good things about Hans. My wife insisted on going every Saturday while she was pregnant. We go back whenever we get the chance. You will not be disappointed. Rest assured anything you order will be delicious.Tell them Stamper sent you.

I visited for the first time during the 2nd day of the Cleveland Asian Festival in May 2023. I came with 2 people and upon entry, we were seated within 5 minutes because the restaurant was busy because of the Asian Festival crowd. FOOD (SEE MY ATTACHED PICS) -- I ordered the Spicy Fried Rice with minced meat ($10) and the Fried Chinese Steamed Buns ($6) which are mini bread rolls. I loved the spicy fried rice with minced meat which came with hot chili oil. The rice dish didn't have too much flavour so the hot chili oil helped to increase the flavour. The little bread rolls were good too but they came out VERY hot and it came with some cream which I don't normally like. I wish the rolls came with butter but they were still good. A friend, Olga, ordered the lamb kabob which she said was very dry. AMBIANCE -- Very casual and inviting. SERVICE -- Efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. **** - 82/150 total reviews in 2023 - 633 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 9 November 2023
