The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.

Came here expecting a decent corned beef sandwich. I don't like rye bread, so I asked for sour dough bread they didnt have that, so I opped out for white bread. They only had mozzarella sticks for the cheese. Thought it came with fries. It does not. So, 15 dollars for mushed white (wonder) bread with off color conred beef and an additional five dollars for the side of fries. Got loaded fries as well. 30 + dollars could have been spent somewhere else for the quality of food.

Lots of school kids came in to many it wasn't good girl bump into my daughter she was very upset because she was getting a drink out cooler did not say excrise me wad very in polite they let to many school kids in a once why adults or other people r odering food or waiting for food mess up trouble is soon to happen.

Good God the food here is extremely underwhelming and severely overpriced. Dont come here unless you like being pickpocketed and shaken for the rest of your change. Did you forget where you were located? Who in Garfield Heights is gonna blow $15 on an average-sized and subpar sandwich when the pizza place just across the street is selling a large stuffed crust for $10? You could get extra chicken and queso at Chipotle and it still wouldn’t cost this much. 2/10 for taste but you need to bring the prices down. Otherwise this place is gonna tank. Fast.
Too expensive for mediocre sandwiches, I felt rushed to make an order, yet no one was in the store. I never got to see the face of the man who touches the meat. The cashier was super dry, and the atmosphere was gloomy and dingy, deep cleaning needed. C-

Drove over 1/2 hour just to go there.Our order was horrible. Store was dirty. Coolers, and deli cases weren't clean. The meat was NOT fresh. Bread was hard. The prices are higher than Heinens.Will NEVER go back
