The pizza was so dry it was inedible. Very little sauce, very little toppings. And the crust was just not good. I can't exactly explain it, but it was like eating a pita. The texture of it, that is. The rib tips were extremely dry and had virtually no barbecue sauce on them. They were chewy. It arrived quickly, at least. But I will not order from this location again. This is the second time I've had this issue. Last time I didn't order for over a year and a half because I was so disappointed with the meal. Gave them a second chance, nope.

Order the rib tips and got sick for 2 days with horrible headache was in bed for 2 days their ribs were boiled and I guess it was also baked it just seem like old freezer burned meat. The people their looks like they came from off the streets and start cooking. Get it together Happys Pizza even though I will not!! Be back!!

So irritated. So I stopped ordering from this place almost a year ago because it was obvious they changed the Sweet Red Chilli sauce. Myself and kids always ordered the 1lb dinners with that sauce so we know what it taste like not to mention I buy it myself from Walmart. So I had a late night working, didn’t feel like cooking and I decided to give them a call and ask if they have went back to the sauce. I told them my last experience on how the sauce did not taste at all the same and she assured me that it was in fact the Sweet Baby Rays sweet red chilli so I hesitantly ordered. I go pick it up. It’s NOT the sauce!!! They’re mixing it with something and it tastes awful! A complete waste of money! I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Good food, horrible customer service experience. The girl on the phone was very nice, but the delivery driver was horrible. Will not order again if I'm in cleveland. The delivery driver was extremely rude and disrespectful!!!
