Had the brisket, onion rings, and coleslaw dinner tonight. Absolutely delicious!! We've eaten in the restaurant and take-out several times and it's always been yummy! This is a local gem in the Kamm's Corners neighborhood.

We live on the east side but saw Hatfields on New Day Cleveland and decided to make the trip to the west side! Hatfields did not disappoint! The food was excellent and lots of it! Everyone was very nice We will definitely go back! Thanks Ken for the conversation and the high quality meal!

Found this gem of a restaurant in Cleveland that boasts the audacious claim of offering "Southrn Comfort Food". My wife and I are from NC so "hold my beer and we'll be the judge of THAT". OMG this food is INCREDIBLE!!! 6-stars+!!! The grits are REAL NC grits. The pulled pork BBQ is REAL Eastern NC BBQ done the RIGHT way. And of course it would be, the owner grew up in Tarboro NC. If you're ever in OH, it's worth the drive from ANYWHERE in the state to come eat here. And ya'll better come hungry!!! Oh and they have Sweet Tea!
First time visiting for Sunday brunch! We sat at the bar and enjoyed our conversation with Emily-she is so friendly! She made an excellent Bloody Mary for us! The Hatfield Hash was delicious! Highly recommend! Great atmosphere and great people!

Ordered waffles to be done crispy and they were not like I Ordered at all. Waffles were tough and tasted like dirty griddle. Then I pay for my food for take out and have a charge on my receipt that stated 1.00 delivery fee?? I'm picking my order up nothing is being delivered? After asking about the fee she stated it was for sustainability for takeout orders and on the back side it's a service fee. That is not a fee I should have been charged for takeout. I will not be back to this establishment!!! They won't substitute orders everything is a la carte if it's different outside of what's on the menu. The food is overpriced and don't taste good just nasty me nor my daughter finished!!

Maybe my expectations were set to high but I was definitely underwhelmed. I got Brother Andy's pulled pork dinner. I get that inflation is taking a toll on the cost of food but if I would have known the portion of pulled pork was small (I was wanting dinner portions), I would of ordered extra pork (so paying for it wasn't the issue) or get something else all together. The sides definitely could of been larger to compensate for the small portion of pulled pork. I did, however, like the corn fritter. The pulled pork was too dry for my liking, but some may like it that way. There was some sort of sauce on it but it was flavorless to me. Service wasn't very good. The waitress wasn't personable at all. It was almost like it was an inconvenience we were there. Never came by and asked if any of us wanted refills on our drinks or even came by to see if our food was ok. I really was hoping for a different overall experience but maybe we'll try again on a different day at a different time.
