Great location before Cavs game but that's where it ends. $9 for a pint of beer is a bit steep considering nearby bars. The bartender screwed up our order and the people next to us. We were getting ready to order food when 2 ladies came in with little water bottles from the casino, the bartender yelled at them for having outside bottles in the bar and ripped them out if their hands. Not sticking around for service like that.

Would only recommend at night. The nighttime bartender made great drinks and was really engaging.
Wanted to try my first bloody mary so we went back in the morning and were told we weren't allowed to play the game that we brought with us. The morning drinks were unimpressive.

I recently dined at Headliner Bar & Eatery. I was very impressed with the menu selection of American Cuisine food, the incredible service from the staff, and the phenomenal ambiance of the restaurant. I highly recommend the Creamy Chicken Marsala, Pierogi Poutine, and the BBQ Chicken flatbreads to try with friends and family. Definitely going to return again!

If you’re not a guest of the attached Indigo hotel, don’t let that discourage you. This is a solid spot open to everyone with amazing friendly staff, really good food, solid cocktails and good draft selection. A quieter option just steps from the arena and field if you’re going to the game (because it’s still a bit “undiscovered”).

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Housekeeping didn’t show up during our 3 night stay. Had to get towels and coffee from the front desk who were very helpful. The second day we were there, our room keys didn’t work. Front desk gave us new keys, no apology or explanation. Also didn’t ask for an id. We have stayed at better hotels in Cleveland. I would not stay here again.
Excellent service and food. Excellent bartender Wada, she's so friendly and helpful! Ice cold beer, just perfect! Beautiful inside and the entire place is super clean. We had a great time going before the ballgame! Highly recommend it!
Kid-friendliness: Seems totally fine to bring kids.

Brightly lit lounge / restaurant right across from the ballpark. Feels a bit like a hotel lobby bar / restaurant.

Fairly quick check- in, and valet was waiting. The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, although you are in the heart of everything. They have a decent restaurant with a bar. Service and food were both good. Within walking distance of many places.
Absolutely amazing. Food variety was superb and creative. Execution was a home run! Chef even stopped by to see how everything was. Over all I would recommend pirogi poutine appetizer as it was amazing!

I stayed at Hotel Indigo recently when I was in downtown Cleveland. The best part of the hotel is its location. Almost everything is within walking distance. Staff were polite, IHG elite status was good (including a proactive upgrade before check-in), the room was clean and well-appointed, and the attached bar/restaurant was actually good. Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly designed. That's because it is entirely possible to stay at the hotel and not realize there is a bar and restaurant. Instead of having a prominent location in the lobby or in the small patio/green space, the bar is hidden away in the restaurant at the end of a nondescript corridor. There is also zero promotion of the bar/restaurant. The front desk doesn't mention it at check-in, there's no menu in the room, and no room service is offered. A meager discount or some sort of incentive would get guests to spend money eating and drinking on-property at the hotel as opposed to going elsewhere. This would explain why the restaurant and bar were empty without a single customer. While my salmon with the barley risotto and asparagus was excellent, they aren't making any effort at all in the bar/restaurant. It needs a concept. The other poorly designed part of the hotel is the floor layout. Three or four rooms at the end of my hallway were located down a set of stairs. There was no elevator, which is obviously an issue for anyone with mobility issues. It's also an issue for anyone with luggage since the hotel doesn't have a bellman or doorman to assist guests. Those issues aside, the elevator flooring was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No newspapers are provided in the lobby or in the restaurant. There also isn't a dry cleaning service. In the bathroom, the usual toiletries have been replaced by multi-use dispensers. The hotel doesn't even provide a bar of soap. All things considered, Hotel Indigo was fine. The hard product in the rooms are newer than many of the other hotels in downtown Cleveland. Depending on the rates, I would return.
Good service and food. Very friendly staff. The drink prices are a little high, but not terrible.
