Heck's is a classic long standing establishment for a reason. Good food and good service , no lack of servers and that makes a difference. Street parking situation and you need to allow extra time to find a space. I believe l saw a valet parking sign but nobody running cars , call to ask if needed. I wouldn't necessarily bring an elderly person here as there is a step to get inside and navigating inside could be difficult.
The service was so professional and friendly! The food was spectacular! Loved the wild mushroom ravioli! Our server was so very attentive without being overly so. We were there on Christmas Eve and it was a lovely finish to our evening! We always buy the bagged coffee as it is truly a treat.
Best hamburgers in Cleveland. Parking can be difficult on the weekends. Service is fantastic. Go with a group of friends or sit at the bar by yourself, either way you will enjoy yourself. Do make a reservation.
