*Warning* Be sure to call before visiting if you are not local. We made the trip on two different weekends, about a month apart, and they were closed. The website says open until you walk up to the door and see a paper sign that says “Closed”. We would really like to try this place but we have no clue what their operating hours actually are.

Herb and Twine suffers from success. When you can get your order in it's great. Otherwise their line rings busy or without being picked up and they don't feel the need to address this.I used to be a regular here, but the terrible order experience makes it more of a blue moon.Their kiosk asks for tip for a "to go" only business when they don't give you a good experience.Sometimes you have to align with your dignity over a turkey club.

Possibly the best sandwiches in Cleveland, if not Ohio.

Place is delicious, wish it wasn’t take out only. My wife and I were able to split the giant turkey sandwich, soup, and a bag of chips for less than $20 and we both were throughly satisfied.

A good loaf of bread can make or break a sandwich. I’m sorry to say that the bread at Herb n’ Twine, while not *bad*, was not at all my style: it was dense and sweet and tasted very much like an overgrown biscuit. It’s a pity they don’t offer a classic, chewy Italian loaf, since otherwise the menu is diverse, all of the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich flavor combinations are, by and large, well thought out (although the vegan sandwich was in desperate need of a protein to balance out the slab of sweet potato stuffed inside the equally sweet bread). The space is nothing to write home about, and there’s no place to sit and eat since the restaurant is take out only, but at least the staff were pleasant.

Listen I have come to herb n twine many times and I will give it to them, they make one of the best subs in Cleveland. Even with that statement I have decided they are not worth it. This restaurant is low key a mess. The phone line is usually busy and the mailbox is full. Their close time is “when they run out of bread” which is usually before 2pm. Like I love the close when bread is out concept but you should make enough bread to at least make it to 4 every day. Also it’s 2024 time to get online ordering if you can’t answer your phone. Also for my order today called ahead placed it at 11:45 and was told it would be 35 mins. Finally walked out of herb n twine at 1:05….. it took them over an hour to make 5 subs. I can sit down in a restaurant get apps and a full meal and pay my bill in under an hour. So herb n twine you guys need to step up your game. You guys even look miserable in there. Enjoy what you do and do it with passion or quit and do something else. Run your establishment and stop acting like it’s a side gig.

Honestly, I was just so honored to be considered a Thot. Like wow, thanks! I was having such a hard day, and needed the boost. The sandwich was fantastic as well.

I got the pork sandwich. It had shaved pork loin, gruyere cheese, braised apple kraut and maple & fennel mustard. I wanted to love this sandwich, but it just wasn't that great sadly. The pork was flavorless and the kraut overpowered everything in not a good way. It wasn't disgusting it was edible, but just not my cup of tea. However, the staff was friendly and I'm willing to give it another try and just get something different next time.

Since the first time I had this sandwich I thought for sure that is the most flavorful turkey and bacon sandwich ever and to date that has not changed. I'm not too crazy about the wait time but we also can't rush perfection.

I always read reviews about how Herb'n Twine had the best sandwiches in Cleveland and I went in with super high expectations, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Highly recommend the turkey club and the pork but will be back to try all of their others as
