A very good breakfast place with reasonable prices, large portions, friendly, quick service. What's not to like.

First time here ordered a skillet, not bad. Didn't realize that the hash browns came in the omelette. Overall not bad. The wife said they don't season the food. I'm inclined to agree. Service was great though. Can't get hot tea anywhere but I got some Bigelow's raspberry. not mad at that. Never got my toast.

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom being a pregnant woman and it was an emergency. I understand you need to be a customer but it was EXTREMELY hot and I just needed a minute to use the bathroom and couldn't even do that. Plus the man was rude about it.

Hotspot Cafe was an incredible find. Coming from out of town I was pretty shocked to find there wasn't many places to eat breakfast food on a Sunday. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I did note that a few members of my party had there hash browns either over cooked or under cooked however.

We stopped for breakfast before heading home from a Mother/Son weekend in Cleveland for the Indians game. They were incredibly busy and short a couple employees. Despite being understaffed and I'm sure completely overwhelmed, the service was great! Staff was friendly and upbeat, food was amazing and prices incredibly reasonable! We will definitely be making this a regular stop when we're in Cleveland!

Good service, good wifi, and good food. One of the better places I've been to in Cleveland for fresh brewed coffee. Very reasonable price for menu items, clean place overall! I recommend a visit when you're in town.

I had a burger that was pretty good. They prepared it as requested and the presentation was fine. The menu is pretty limited but this is really a lunch spot so that fact is not surprising. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean overall but I didn't walk around or go to the washroom. They have their own parking lot so that's a a nice convenience.

The prices are reasonable, one of the first things one notices while perusing the menu. The service is another standout as it's friendly and speedy. There are enough items on the menu to satisfy almost every taste. The atmosphere is casual and pleasant and considering the downtown location, plenty of parking to the side of the building. The portions are on the small side and the food, mostly standard breakfast fare, could have been better executed.
