Amazing Food with very fast service. There are many food places on Coventry, yet the hospitality and price sets this place apart from the others by a vast margin. My family loves it here. Plus very affordable Sake for the guy after business meetings.

Hunan has some of the best hospitality on Coventry. Their veggie pot stickers are amazing. It goes well with the hot sake ??

Not sure what has happened to the quality of food but it's terrible now. The spring rolls use to be THEE BEST!! Now I'm not sure what they are...I've been going here since they were in the Galleria downtown. Did they recently change owners or something? Because the quality is not what it use to be...go back to making things the way you did before....I'm not a fan of this new taste ....very disappointed.... hopefully things will go back to the Hunans I remember....8/17 update.....yep I want be going back EVER again...I ordered Orange chicken with 3 spring rolls with pork fried rice....chicken was sliced up cutlets battered extremely DRY, sauce was brown and tasted nothing like Orange sauce, rice was plain fried rice and the spring rolls were GOD AWFUL!!!! $23 FOR THIS GARBAGE MY LORD!! Whoever brought this restaurant has done it a great DISSERVICE!!!!!! I couldn't even eat this GARBAGE..The state board of health needs to shut this place DOWN!! The previous owners took great pride in providing quality food that tasted GREAT!! But now this is an insult to the brand!!! I understand now why there's never anyone in there anymore, this place use to be PACKED!!!! Go at your own RISK but take it from someone who's been patronizing this place for over 30 years THIS IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY FOOD THAT HUNANS OF COVENTRY IS KNOWN FOR!!!!!! RATINGS ALL ZERO"S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place used to be really good a couple of years ago. When you go inside, you can smell the dampness. The dank smell because the basement flooded at some point, and the smell was never gotten rid of. The windows were not cleaned. It's the equivalent of being in a basement. I no longer would recommend going there for anything! It should close permanently.

I loved this place 30 years ago and recently ordered my favorite, Cashew Chicken. It was prepared in a timely manner and was hot. The rice was a little old which I forgave since I went at an off time, but the sauce tasted like something from a can, what I enjoyed in the early 90s.

Quality of food has gone down. I ordered sweet and sour pork, which is supposed to be pork in breading and fried. It was mostly fried breading with very little pork. I will not order from hear again. I've been a customer since their days located on Cedar & Warrensville road. Quality had slipped in the past but I thought I would try it again, unfortunately for the last time.

The worst Chinese food I have had by far. Hated it the first time and thought I would give it another shot, but it was even worse this time around. Kung Pao Chicken was supposed to be hot. Had no heat, no salt, no flavor. This can’t be the same owner as Hunan in Chagrin Falls.
