Love coming to Icehouse for the food and enjoy all the people. Especially love seeing Cassie. Always polite and makes me smile and always knows what I want to drink. She is a beautiful person

Was publicly embarrassed while trying to eat here . We waited forever to have our order taken and when I order my alcoholic beverage she targets me for an ID . I give her a passport and she tells me she cannot accept that as if I’m lying about my age or you can fake a passport ? Everyone then chimes about how it IS acceptable . She then tries to change her mind , without apologizing but I ask for the managers name and leave . I’m not eating somewhere and being served by someone who’s obviously judging me . I cannot believe what just happened, how embarrassing I’m a 26 year old woman . I was with my so. You don’t accept passports ? Yea I knew that was bullshit

Cool place !!! Chicken quesadillas were great but for someone who runs a kitchen it doesn’t take 20 min to make them. But that’s okay. Spicy garlic parm wings were great! Had to try the mardi gra ones because I never heard of them; they actual mardi gra seasoning whatever it was is great, but way too much salt! definitely will be back though.

They have a great bowl of chili for lunch. I’m not sure I could make it at home for the price they have. iPA selection is good. The crowd is enjoying themselves but not loud at lunch. Staff is very friendly.

Cameron was our server and she was amazing! We had wings and the pretzel sticks. Both were phenomenal. The mild, spicy garlic parm, and honey bbq were great.

My friends and I had a good dinner here last night with good drinks. Waitress was super friendly, and I got a HUGE salad and Long Island Iced Tea for $20. The Long Island was strong, too! We enjoyed it; will definitely be back. Welcoming atmosphere and was not super loud either.

Typical dive bar with really good prices andsome of the best wings in Cleveland. Nice and crispy yet juicy and loaded with flavor. The garlic parm wings are swimming in butter with half a jar of minced garlic on them. I get the 911 wings, and they are nicely spicy with a hint of sweetness, with chunks of peppers mixed in.

Another thing I appreciate is the nice outdoor bar and patio in the summer, and inside the music is never overbearing.

Zack, Holly, Beverly, and Gloria are all great bartenders. Excellent customer service. Reasonable prices. Food is consistent. Good place to watch a game.
