Ordered online and waited a little over an hour, which wasn’t the worst part. When food was received we found a staple inside the pancake tray. My son’s silver plater mini pancakes also had a hair inside the pancake that I ate after he was done. Very unpleasant to know that could have been my son.

The attention is crap, there are no people at the tables and they don't want to serve, the vast majority of people come and leave due to the attention and lack of service at this Steelyard ihop.

My pancakes had not a fluff in them to save it's life. Flat as a slice of cheese. How is this possible when that's what you promote & shorted me a pancake on my full stack. Whoever was working this morning at 8a please retrain them so they can learn to make a proper pancake. I wish I could post the picture. I am very disappointed.

Horrible store and delivery service, DONT USE THE ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM IHOPS WEBSITE. "Management is awful , if you call in through the line they either answer and give false promises or they know nothing at all. I ordered delivery directly from the site, the order was delayed several time. Once it was dropped off after 2 hours later everything was opened and cold, no refund was given as promised. I even went to the Steelyard location directly and was told I would get a refund and a call back and that never happened. Save your time and money, if you want IHOP go to the Brookpark location.

Filthy, stale, mildew odor every time I've been there. Went with friends and always ended up leaving. Tables and floors greasy and dirty. Entire place needs to be cleaned including the carpet, ceiling, and walls. Need a ventilation system. I'm surprised they are still open.

Maybe 4 people in the entire restaurant and was told the wait was 20 minutes wait 25 minutes and left . Left and went to brookpark IHOP 14 minutes away and was seat immediately and the restaurant was full.

Service was horrible! Our waitress didn't checked on us not even once just came to give us the food and that was it. My husband order sirloin tips with egg hash brown and pancake. She never bring us the pancakes.I order the Belgium waffles and chicken fingers! The belgium waffles taste horrible! I will never come back here.

I recently dined at ihop, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was absolutely terrible, and it seems like ever since I was introduced into their operations, things have only gotten worse. When I arrived, I was met with a long wait time due to a lack of servers even though there were plenty of available tables. It felt like they didn’t care at all about their customers. To make matters worse, the server I interacted with had an awful attitude. She rudely instructed me not to sit at a particular table without any explanation, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was clear that she had no interest in providing good service. Feeling disrespected and frustrated, I decided to leave before even placing an order. I won’t be returning to this place anytime soon. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere!
