Place was empty, we were literally one of 2 tables. Group of two and we were left waiting for food for an hour and a half. Server never interacted with us, didn’t inform us of wait time. Food was over done and cold. Would not recommend. Workers kept going outside and doing laps around the building while on their phones.

Avoid this location it is 12:00 PM. The restaurant is completely empty. There is nobody in there but one person. They said there’s a 25 minute wait there’s nobody in the store this happened twice now in the last month if I was the owner of the store I would lose my mind

I've come here twice now and have gotten the same terrible service. Amira F was my server and check on us not a single time while my family and myself ate here for our 40 minutes. 30 minutes was waiting for the food and we sat with empty cups for at least 10 minutes. I'd understand if it was busy but there were 4 other patrons also complaining about the poor service. Never coming back to this IHOP the one on Brook Park road is better.

I don’t do this unless i have had bad experiences after visiting at least 2 times. I will not be back to this place. I get there and decided to eat in the restaurant because it was only 4 ppl in the dining area. I sit and order my food. I waited 42 minutes before I got my food and my food was cold to the touch. I don’t send food back under no circumstances. I paid my bill tipped out and said bye to that place forever. Can’t believe I wait that long for some cold ass food.

Horrible service got a cowboy burger and it came with avocado which I am allergic too and we order a steak med rare is was well done. There’s barely any people here and our food took 40 mins
It seems when we order through door dash, they go through 2 or 3 dashers because when the dasher gets there, they text me that they are told that the cooks haven't even started cooking it which delays me getting to work, it takse 7 minuets to cook a breakfast not 20 the cooks and mangment need to pick it up and a couple time there would be food missing

Didn't get to actually eat at all, because we couldn't get seated. We were told there was a 20 minute wait. Only 1 table filled in resturant, but they were too busy handing out doordash orders to sit anyone else. My wife and I just ended up just leaving. How can anyone expect to wait, in a near empty resturant to be seated, then also expect to give the server any tips after that.

If zero stars was an option I would've chosen that. One other customer in the restaurant. The two of us were seated quickly. We placed our orders for pancakes and eggs. We waited for twenty five minutes and the food never came out. The waitress disappear. The customer who was sat across from us ten minutes after we placed our order got his food before us. We left without ever getting our food. IHOP you need to do better.
