Horrible experience. We went to this location today at 7:30pm. When we went inside no one was around. There were not any customers in the restaurant and we could not see any employees. After 10 minutes we called the store from our phone and someone answered and said they would come up to seat us. While we were eating another table was seated behind us. They had coffee that was old and had been sitting out. After they ordered, the woman informed me there was a cockroach on our booth. We took pictures as it crawled all over. We asked chat gpt what the insect was and it said German cockroach. The other table walked out and did not stay for their meal. We left immediately. The staff did comp our meal.

I ordered strawberry banana French toast as well as the strawberry banana pancakes. The French toast was super undercooked- very soggy and mushy. Pretty Disappointed with this one. My pancakes actually looked decent but I'm sad to see IHOP shrinking the size of their pancakes. These were really small for almost $12 by themselves. Looks more child size than for an adult.
Server was nice though.

Ordered a bacon egg burger the meat was still really pink the burger had no Flavor very bland and my French toast had no Powdered sugar on them u can tell the cooks have no passion

Food took forever to come dis not all come together the food was so bland and oily. Salad was old the lettuce was so soft and cheese smelled bad we did end up having it took off check . We order the new lemonade blue raspberry and pineapple lemonade came heavy syrup No fruit at all . My husband order fish dinner it was okay not its best I had chicken qeasdia and it was full oil and chicken was not season at all it was just thrown together . Waitress stayed they was under staff . But there were 4 guys cooking in back and I seen 3 waitress. This was the worse experience we have had ever here and will not be going back at all..

Mom and I went for a late breakfast. There was a 10-25 minute wait. The staffer apologized for the wait and our server came quickly. I appreciate their pleasant attitude considering they were understaffed, as a lot of restaurants are these days.
Experience was lovely. Our waitress was super friendly, funny, and helpful. The food was delicious. We all very much enjoyed everything.

Inconsistent experience. To go order on Monday was flawless but on Friday I was disappointed. Got the same omelet both days and the presentation is so different it made me question if it was even the correct order. If you do decide to go here good luck and hopefully you pick a day when the good cooks are working

I have been to several IHOP's around the east, and this one had the most friendly and attentive waitresses. The value for the prices is good but I was a little disappointed that my sunny side up eggs were overcooked.

The customer service here is terrible, we walked in and the waitress looked right at us and said exactly nothing, she never greeted us nor offered to show us to a table, in fact she walked past us three times and looked at us times without saying a single word, this has to be the worse customer experience I’ve ever experienced, I would never recommend this location.
