I have been going every week for the past 5 weeks. I order the same thing. And half the time I don’t get the correct pancakes. But I don’t make a fuss because I’m not that guy. Some of the servers just need to pay attention a little more.

If I could give negative stars I would. 5:15 am. Walked in, dining room opens at 6am. That's fine was planning on getting to-go. Was told they weren't taking orders as they were swamped with online orders. Was told I could order online but not in person. Asked for manager they came back and handed me a menu. I will not support a company that engages in this kind of idiocy. Can order online but not in person even though the doors are open and they're 24hrs. What's our world coming too?

Ordered a simple breakfast French toast scrambled eggs and bacon eggs were runny asked them to remake them or put them in little longer and they nuked it in the microwave the plate was so hot I could barely hold it and the eggs were still runny the cooks really suck

I have been craving ihop for months now. I stay on the east side, went all the way on the westside to get pancakes. Not only was my pancakes not in my bag when I got home. The hostess Jacob was rude. Didn’t say good morning how may I help you. Just walked up and stood in front of me after 5 minutes of no one greeting me. The restaurant was empty also so they wasn’t busy. Then nastily said confirm your order because he thought I was food delivery service. Then when I showed him my phone he tried to soften up a very small tad. Food was good but the most important reason why I went there was left out so yeah 2stars
Do not come here. No matter if its in person, pickup OR delivery. Theres ALWAYS an issue. Ordered Uber eats delivery because I was craving breakfast for dinner and figured this would be a convenient way to enjoy my dinner. I Ordered a smokehouse combo. I paid EXTRA to have american cheese on my eggs and there was none on there. Not too mention, they served me RAW hashbrowns that I Had to go back and cook MYSELF at home. LOL what a joke. The smoked sausage was the only edible thing from my dinner. i also got 2 chocolate pancakes that were hard from being burnt at the bottom & had nothing but chocolate chips clumped in the center. If you do not enjoy cooking then why even get a cooking job? You used the grill for my sausage & pancakes why couldnt you use it for my hashbrowns?! Need to fire that whole staff in the kitchen, maybe even management as well because they let a majority of the workers do whatever they please. Waitress was shouting things from our table to the back then waited forever at our table, and it seemed as if we were annoying the staff with our existence. Got charged for the kids meals, when brought up, the waitress who also checked us out mentioned that Ihop stopped offering free meals for kids. Asked if it was only this location and did not receive an answer....
