I'm not sure whether there are two locations, but I found one in Concourse C.Very helpful and friendly service. Good iced coffee and avocado toast with an egg added. It's the first time I got exactly what I wanted for breakfast at the airport and I didn't feel like a PITA at all. Thanks!

I stopped by to get a tea because starbucks was busy and I can see why. Tea was not nearly as good as starbucks and service was very poor. Avoid this place.

Work in CLE and stopped 10 feet away to look at your menu this morning to get a mask lecture from your low IQ cashier, walked away, will never spend another penny in this garbage booth that is so pathetic they can't even pull together a sandwich, look forward to you going out of business, you will, because you absolutely suck

Going on a trip? Flying through the CLE? Great news!! You have found yourself in the wonderful position of being mere steps away from the amazing Inca Tea. Now maybe you are reading this holding a lousy cup of Dunkin, or worse an over brewed cup of Starbuck's with your name spelled wrong on it. Pour that stuff in the trash, walk over to Inca, and get yourself a proper drink. Seriously, if you want to be treated like a human being, and not like an inconvenience to the employee who just took your order and served you that lousy cup of....well something you may be holding, get over to Inca and see, experience, and taste the difference. This place is good, like really good.

Good coffee I would have scored them higher but I ordered a blueberry muffin and it was ice cold. Room temp would have been nice. They did not offer to warm it up.

Super nice folk; delicious fresh brewed concentrated ice tea/ i had chai which was delicious! Menu is healthy and accommodating to special Needs.

This airport is extremely unorganized and full of rude and unhelpful employees. There are signs telling you to stop in certain areas and then the employees yell at you for stopping, yet no one directing the flow of passengers. The security line was ridiculous and yet again no one directing where to go in the three starting spots they had, backing everyone up. Everyone in the line was upset and confused. The security check people were rude as hell with attitudes. I stepped on the yellow footprints for the scanner and she yelled at me telling me I had to be INSIDE the footprints and then yelled at me to be ON the footprints when I shifted inward more, since that’s what she told me to do. I will never come to this airport flying in or out again.

Good coffee, bad tea. Ordered a green tea that I couldn’t drink because it was heavily spiced and I do not like herbal teas. I checked out the website and found there is coconut and ginger in the green tea which is not advertised on the signage in the cafe. If you’re into extra flavors in your tea you will be fine, but if you’re a purist and actually just looking for a high quality green tea, you will not be happy. Went back and got a drip coffee with cream that was fantastic though!

Due to a miscommunication my special needs uncle wasn't brought down to baggage claim to where we were supposed to meet him (this was not on the airline). The police, security and everyone involved got together and found him. Had he not wondered around it would have been faster, but after 45 minutes they reunited him with his family.. Thank you so much everyone!
