INCA TEA is phenomenal! Their staff, atmosphere and service is always 10/10. I feel welcomed and respected every time I go! Highly recommend to anyone that is visiting CLE Hopkins airport.

Bad service and coffee taste like burnt garbage.

Abbey and Veronica are wonderful people. On my daily patrol at Cleveland Hopkins International AirPort , I stop in to grab a coffee and to talk with them. Not only are they professional, but awesome as well. My go to is a Mocha with oat milk and an extra shot of expresso. They do it just right. Stop in if you are flying in, or flying out and meet these wonderful ladies, and have one of their many delicious selections of specialty drinks!

I wish this place wasn’t just in the airport! I love going here as a travel frequently! It’s perfect for lunch or breakfast or a snack! Abby is always so sweet when I stop by!

Whenever I'm in town I stop here. The produce is really fresh and they have nice customer service that's quick and considerate of the fact that I don't usually have a ton of extra time, so they're quick!

I can’t believe I always passed by this place. I decided to check it out today while heading back to Orlando and I wish I would’ve stopped by sooner. The coffee was the best I’ve had at an airport and the bagels was deliciously. Definitely recommend.

Claims to have gluten free bagels on their sign but I check each time I come though and the last time they actually carried them was October of 2022.

Ordered latte and toasted bagel. They only warmed it up and handed with cold cjhwwse. Latte is absolutely disgusting , blend and tasteless. Made me nauseous the whole morning, couldn’t finish it.What a bad experience to start the day.Will not recommend anyone this chain. Service was nice.

This tea store is in the Cleveland Hopkins international airport. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a great quality tea and coffee shop within the airport. I'm very free and it was so pleasant to be able to find some thing healthy that I could eat that didn't have a ton of sugar in it. They had a Chia seed pudding made with coconut milk absolutely delicious. They have some organic tea options and regular herbal tea options. Along with lattes and coffee. is a great little stop and not too expensive. It’s near gate C 10.

Vegetarian options: Beyond Burger available, chis pudding with coconut milk low or no sugar but delicious with fresh fruit and oats.

Inca always has same excuse that the blender does not work to offer a smoothie which is an on-going excuse. Suggestion is buy a new one!!!! Love the menu but take off smoothies until you can serve them.
