Didn’t call to tell me that they were out of chicken biryani so I had to wait 40 minutes for goat biryani

We had a great time dining in. The taste of the food, portion size, and prices were great. The food came out in good timing. The young lady who served us was so pleasant! We felt welcomed and not at all out of place. We’ve eaten Indian food before but this was our first time eating at an Indian restaurant. I’d definitely return ♥️!
Ordered the Veggie Starter, Paneer Biryani w/vegetables, Chicken Masala, Naan Bread, & 🥭 Mango Lassi’s.
I held back a star for minor details, nothing at all to do with food quality. Would have given 4.5 stars if possible.

We were excited to try this place after a 5.5 hours drive from Canada. Upon arriving at around 8:15 pm we were told by the receptionist that they close at 9:00 pm and that they have a 30 min waiting and we have to “go and come back after 25 minutes “. We decided to stay outside by the waiting area and another nicer server told us that they will seat us in 10 minutes.
When we finally got in we were surprised that most of the tables were actually empty and they were not busy as the first person claimed. We ordered goat biryani which the first person came back saying that they are out of. We got chicken biryani instead and it was awful although it took them 30 minutes to get it.
Bad service and awful food that went to trash.

The Food Was EXCELLENT!! I would have given 5 stars but they only serve hot or cold chia tea and TAP water as the beverage options. They could also add more welcoming and decorative decor to match the theme they want their customers to feel immersed in. All In All DEFINITELY WORTH VISITING.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. My siblings and I are from out of state and visiting Cleveland for leisure. My sister found this place and suggested we check it out after the aquarium, and it absolutely delivered. I added photos of our table (as you can see, my plate’s been scraped clean) and we got; Chicken 65, Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala. All of us really enjoyed what we had too! Even though we all got chicken dishes though, it definitely showed that they could cater perfectly to vegetarians as well.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times for pick up & everytime I get the butter chicken and garlic naan it never misses, it is the best indian food I’ve ever had & it’s always piping hot when I eat it at home. 10/10 would recommend
All rating is for the cleanliness that they maintained in the dining area and for clean restrooms as their food is below average. I ordered Hyderabadi biryani but trust me it was nowhere close to being called as “Hyderabadi Biryani” plus the worst thing was it tasted like it was just brought out of the microwave (not freshly made and not even microwaved well as meat was still cold). I recommend ordering only something that’s vegetarian in their menu as they seems to be very over rated or probably might the management have changed but their taste is not authentic at all not even average taste for a biryani or haleem forget about “Hyderabadi food” standards which are way above everything but ain’t going to go again ever as tried them twice both the times food was under cooked and seemed to be just brought out of microwave.
I don’t give people 1 star because I don’t like to hurt anyone’s livelihood but their food doesn’t even deserve 1 star frankly speaking. I truly wonder even if all these good reviews are legit or probably fake ones as I went both times on quite decent days and yet food was disgusting 🤮 . If you’re someone who don’t have any idea of food and just want to try some Indian food who doesn’t know authentic tastes and just reading Indian satisfies you then for you it won’t matter much as for you cats “meoow” is also dogs bark but if you know how the food tastes then just avoid going here at all cost as they truly doesn’t want to work on making good food.

Delicious food. The navratan korma was better than any I’ve had, and I often order it at Infian restaurants. Neethu was a very attentive server. Just visiting, but if I lived in Cleveland, I’d be back often.
