I had a reservation for a Saturday evening. We showed up about 5 minutes prior to our reservation and the doors were locked, the lights were off, and nobody was there. I would have appreciated a heads up so I could have made other plans.

Drinks were decent and our server was very nice but that couldn't make up for how long it took to get our food. The place was virtually empty before a Cavs game and it still took over an hour after we ordered our food to have it be brought out: even then, I think it was only because we said something. Once we got the food it was cold.

Food was ok, drinks ok. Out of Chorizo for tacos, waited a while for food when very few people were there. Had goat cheese app, not enough naan, but it was good. Very expensive for what you get. Pork and Chorizo sliders ok, but bun was hard, and not a lot of patty, just a big bun. Potatoes were interesting. Very limited menu, no dark beers either, so stuck with the $15 drinks. The staff were very nice and accommodating, felt bad for them honestly since the place was relatively empty. If you bought a fox 8 voucher, use it quickly.

Food was really good but waiting 30 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. I had to to bar and get drinks after server screwed up. Food from another table came to our table. Expensive drinks that are really slow. I could have had 3 more before cavs game if they had a clue. Service was so bad we won't go again. Too many other great places to go to that have their act figured out. Place was empty in a Friday night. That was a sign.

This restaurant is CLOSED! Open table keeps accepting reservations and when you show up it's closed. It would be nice if the restaurant would update their website - but everything online makes it seem like they are open but they are NOT.

We were excited to try a new dining and drink experience with friends. We excitedly made reservations the evening before. We eagerly arrived early. We were hungry and thirsty and looking forward to starting an evening with friends. We were met with great disappointment and dismay in the form of a bright pink sign on the establishment's door. Their license to serve food and drinks was revoked several weeks earlier. How could OpenTable even allow us to make a reservation in the first place? Our trust is now broken with the reservation process.

This location is closed. I got a babysitter, paid for an Uber to this location after Open Table confirmed a reservation, we arrived and the location was closed. Incredibly frustrating.

We arrived at the restaurant and there was a sign posted that they were closed. Under that sign was a notification that their liquor license was suspended the day before. Would have been if the restaurant would have notified reservation holders because we were stuck trying to find another place that could fit us in on a Friday night before a concert.

FoodnDrink

It was a slow night and the bartenders/servers seemed more occupied with talking to the one person at the bar. Chips and salsa was good. Cocktails were not of good quality, especially considering they each cost $15. We went across the street for dinner, where the service was much better.

They were out of all beef dishes but we weren't informed until we were about to order food (would not have eaten there had we known this). Very pricey. Seated at awkward table that was too small for 4 people and separated from main dining room.

Disappointed this trip. Menu has changed and is not southern at all. There were only four entrees on the menu and waiter told us they were out of 2 of the 4. We had one drink and a couple apps and left to go to another restaurant. My first visit here in the summer was awesome, not sure what has happened. Maybe consider going back to your original menu.

Menu was lacking and did not feel very southern. Fried green tomatoes were sliced super thin. They were out of steak so very few main options. We went with appetizers and drinks and it was fine, but won't be interested in returning.

Food took a long time to receive. Food tasted pretty good. Our reservation was fairly early and table next to us waited for food for exceptionally long time to be told that they were out of desired dish. One concern I had is I am pretty sure I lost my prescription eyeglasses there. I called and sent a FB message to try to locate them. Person on phone said she would follow up. No return phone call or FB message. I stopped by yesterday to try to retrieve eyeglasses to find out they are CLOSED!!!!

Very long wait times for drinks and food. Potatoes with the filet medallions were raw and returned but by the time we got them back, it was time to head to RoMoFiHo for a concert. Brussels were delicious.

Ordered a bottle of wine, it was opened and poured somewhere else out of sight, our waiter brought us two filled glasses and the rest of the bottle. We asked what the charcuterie consisted of and if it. The charcuterie board is deli pepperoni, two different types of sausages, 6 club crackers, 6 store bought mini naan bread dippers, a brie, a cheddar, and just straight up mashed raspberries, I guess we're supposed to be considering as the menu's "preserves" it says is included. There were no nuts, the menu said there'd be nuts. Asked about the nuts and waiter said he'd check on that. Comes back and says "we're out of nuts. let me see how i can make that up to you guys" and then ignored us until we had to flag him down for our check. $88 for a bottle of wine and an adult lunchable served on a slice of wood, terrible service. Won't ever be back.
