Really hate to say it but I think this place has gone downhill (do they have new ownership?). This used to be my go-to place for an eggs and hash brown breakfast. Went today. Service was extremely poor. We waited 40 minutes after ordering just to get our coffee and juice. Then another 40 minutes for eggs, hash browns and pancakes. And it wasn’t busy at all. Food also is not what it used to be. Pancakes completely different and now below average. Same with eggs. Prices have also gone up for what you get. Sadly, won’t be back. This was a Cleveland Heights institution!

The drink menu was sticky! The silverware was also dirty. The service wasnt the worst but wasn't all that great. The ladies bathroom stunk like urine. Uhhh nope! Wont be returning!!

Food was pretty good! I got the banana walnut French toast and 1 egg special. Only downside of the place is it’s pretty small and can get cramped. Would recommend though!

Ordered Huevos Ranchero which is designated vegetarian. Didn't taste the same as before. After inquiring about it with cook, found out refried beans have lard. Inexcusable. In all fairness, Mgr did talk to me, apologized and didn't charge me.

This place is the best and their lemon ricotta pancakes are absolutely refreshing and new I get them every time I go sometimes I add blueberries but everything on there menu is delicious but get there early or you'll be waiting but I promise that it will be worth
Giving it two stars because I haven't had lunch. Breakfast was comprised of poor supply quality level. I'm pretty sure the eggs were poured from a carton. I guess it was sold. Shame.

Great little spot but the wait for food was incredible. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer but took over 45 min to get our food. When we got it....my eggs Benedict was Luke warm...not what you want. The other order was hot and good. I've had better.

I went there a few days ago sat by the kitchen heard the staff talking poorly about there tables food took forever and was so nasty to top it off i heard squeaky noises that sounded like a mouse and seen a roach above my husband shoulder on the wall nasty place they need to shut down and really clean and get it
