I came here every night for a cookie while spending a week in Cleveland. The cookies come straight out of the oven so they're always warm and delicious. The staff are super friendly and they even gave me an extra cookie a couple of times! They have ice cream too and they'll make you ice cream sandwiches between two cookies. Don't miss out!
Called them multiple times to place order and no one picked up the phone.

Unbelievably rude! Worker was more worried about the concert than the safety of little kids who are getting hurt and overheating. I was willing to pay for cookies for 7 kids, and they still wouldn't let them in.
they are the rudest people ever I understand if you're not a pain customer you can't come at in the AC when there's a concert but they wouldn't even let my kids come in to pick cookies we had it planned to buy nine cookies but they were way way too rude

There are no wheelchair accessible entrance or parking lot. I'm not sure who owns this place, but they're in violation of federal law. ADA requires All Restraunts and businesses to be accessible
