Terrible delivery service. The cookies appeared one day before I ordered them after claiming they never arrived (they told me I had my cookies at 5pm and had them at 11am next day). The cookies are not worthy: chips ahoy are better. Donāt waste your money. Also, I ordered gluten free cookies apart (for non contamination) from a box because one friend is celiac. They put everything in the same box..so she couldnāt eat anything.

The staff was very friendly, the young lady was so friendly and helpful, she was so nice, her name was Tamia, she should have commented on her service, I had six children with me 1/2 knew what they wanted the other 1/2 didn't, they asked her soooooo meant questions āļø, she was very patience, knowledgeable, and oh the cookies was worth every cent, please body Tamia at insomnia cookies, on Euclid Ave, in University Circle, thank you Tamia for your serviceā¤ļø
