Great food, good service, reasonably priced. What's not to love?

I can't believe I waited so long to try this place. It definitely is better than "fast food." I got a big bowl with 2 entree options. I got red beans and rice over top jambalaya. While red beans and rice is usually served over white or brown rice, putting it over the jambalaya was a great change up. Service was friendly and fast. I got in at 11:30 with no one else in line, but while we ate the line got pretty long so get in early.

If you know the chain, a Cincinnati original that is branching outward, enjoy! If not, give it a go! It is an amazing thing! I had the voodoo chicken and my friend the chicken red hot. Spot on the great original recipes and amazing. Choice of white or brown rice, good staff and a great casual atmosphere. Previously I've had the drunken chicken, bumble bee stew and others and all solid choices.

Friendly staff , delicious food and authentic recipe. If you are not sure , what would you like to eat they do offer free sample which are very helpful to make a decision.

Reminded me of NOLA. I got the Voodoo Chicken and it was the perfect amount of spiciness. Staff was very friendly and asked everyone if they were happy and how their food was.

The food was great!..the poor girl behind the counter was alone , and while up to the task, was REALLY busy...

Real friendly service and true New Orleans flavor.

Not good for gumbo. The rice was hard and the shrimp tasted under cooked. The roux was OK, but not nearly the same taste you'd get in NOLA. It seemed like the fried options were more popular. Try those!

we drove from Akron just trying something new and we were very pleased . the young ladies were very polite and helpful on our first visit. the food was great, full of flavor and large portions. prices are reasonable. the only bad part was parking and it is what it is in the city. 12.00 parking garage I guess at least it's not 60.00 like New York. we will be back.

No clue how this place got 4.5 stars. Inefficient service, long lines, subpar food. I ordered the gumbo and it tasted very processed. Anyone whose been to New Orleans would cry that this place calls itself a proper creole place. I will say the prices are affordable, likely a reflection on the poor quality of food.

Friendly staff , delicious food and authentic recipe. If you are not sure , what would you like to eat they do offer free sample which are very helpful to make a decision. Unfortunately when I was there they were out of gumbo but I tried the spicy one with chicken and loved it !! Highly recommended place to visit.

Pretty decent place. A little pricey for what you get, they could and little more rice but the bowls taste good. Try the drunken chicken or the Siracha

This was my second time trying to visit this place and they say they close at 8pm and get there at 7:10 and they was close after having to play for parking so upset so I can't even tell you about be the food because the location sucks so I will be not give up in this place 😔 so I gave this place a third chance and after paying 13 dollars to park I get home to some plan meat and rice why don't my food look like the picture I was not offer no type of toppings no corn no spices no peppers nothing just to me in plain rice I also had a bull bag combo which I must say that was pretty good so over and all they need more improvement

Ordered a lunch portion of the cajun shrimp boil for $12.99. The spice was spot on for flavor. Corn was spectacular. Grab lots of napkins. You'll need way more than you think
