I received an emailed prior to our reservation that the restaurant confirmed twice. Myself and all my guests arrived to find there was a FOR LEASE sign on the door. The place was closed. Very poor experience. They clearly didn't “confirm” anything.

Horrible experience, booked on open table, held with a credit card, confirmed via text, got to restaurant, and the place has been closed for a long time. Even had to pay 20.00 in parking! Horrible.

Had a friend visiting and we went here for dinner and it was just great ambiance and great food. Our server was also very knowledgeable on the menu and made great recommendations.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and seafood sushi options
Treated a friend for a birthday. All the tables got served before we did. They forgot 2 dishes. Brought them with a 40 min delay. Forgot the last dish we ordered which we ended up cancelling. No one offered any desert options. Horrible experience.
I made a reservation for 4pm since it was available on open table but they don't open till 5. They called about 2 hours before our reservation and let me know. Everything was great, my only complaint is how smell the appetizer tacos are for the value. They truly are a two bite crispy lobster taco. I think adding a third one would make more sense for how much it costs. Sushi was delicious!

Don't get me wrong, food was good, very good. But that's about it. Just learn how to wrap sushi a bit better.Waited 25 mins to be greeted.Overpriced. Drinks were sub-par. Had to send one back.But the service....absolutely terrible. I'm not putting any names out there...but the servers initials were A.S. it's a guy. He seemed to pay more attention to Taylor Swifts look-alike table.I am a very good tipper. Do the minimum, get 30 percent. This guy didn't even do that.

Service was terrrible from the first interaction of a phone call requesting a reservation and essentially being denied. To the owner coming to my table for a complaint and making excuse after excuse for the poor service.

Food was very enjoyable. Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy, sweet yet tangy. Spicy Edamame was quite spicy. All sushi was tasteful. Their play on an Asian salad with ginger was highly elevated and fresh. The chocolate pot de crème may be one of the best desserts in Cleveland! The toasted marshmallows on top brought the dessert up a notch. Service was fair/adequate. Quite loud also.
