If I could only give ZERO stars..I would. I walked in and there were about 8 employees sitting around (in the customer area) talking SO loud about their personal issues I couldn't even hear the gentlemen that was taking my order. One of the girls was screaming the F word left and right and another was talking about a nude text he got from a girl, completely inappropriate. I don't know who was managing but this seemed oddly normal considering no one stopped their conversation. I sat down and ate my sandwich and the conversations just continued on and on, it was very uncomfortable. Clearly the customer service here is not a priority, I won't be back.

This location has bad customer service, poor attitudes, and is absolutely GHETTO. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Wish there was an option for 0 stars!

I walked into this location today and it smelled like human feces. After I ordered my food I wanted to run out and ask for my money back. It ruined my appetite. Not to mention they had a infant behind the counter and the workers looked like they had poor hygiene. I gave my sandwich to a homeless guy. The health department needs to inspect this place.

Slowest store ever. Over 30 min to get one sandwich

As I travel for business I find that Jimmy Johns is usually a reliable and quick way to get a fresh sandwich in a friendly and clean establishment. Just like a previous post, the staff at this restaurant are horrible. They obviously don't care if you eat here or not and the sandwich I received was not fresh or very good. There are many better choices in the immediate area that are so much better.

Better employee's. Was at the Jimmy John's downtown today. the workers were all sitting around. Then my order was made wrong. maybe because they were trying to fix each other's food instead of me the customer. Then the bread was so hard. just unbelievable and I was a manager at a Jimmy John's for to years. that was the second time I have been in there. and now it's my second complaint. will not be going in that one again.

I really wasn't gonna write a review out of sympathy but then I found a hair in my sandwich, so I changed my mind. Took an hour to deliver when my location is not even a mile away...order was wrong and I'm still hungry. Would do zero stars if I could and re staff that whole location.

I'm absolutely amazed how bad this Jimmy Johns location truly is. Wow.

I went to this Jimmy Johns today at 11:30 am. I've been going to these restaurants nationally for over 20 years. I am a big fan. This location was staffed by 4 angry, unhelpful young African Americans. I asked for a combo & they failed to give me drink after asking 2x. There was no ice & when I told them this fact, it was as if I asked for a kidney. The man making sandwiches grunted at me in a threatening way; is if to say, "not my problem". There was no greeting upon entering & no THANK YOU for the order. I was in town for my daughters swim meet. I told everyone I could, to avoid this horrible location. The manager needs to address this with his "staff".

It seems as if the owner of this franchise doesnt care anymore. This was one of my favorite places for lunch. At peak lunch time The staff is standing around joking and laughing with a line of customers behind me. The cashier was so engaged with the others she forgot she had a line of customers. Then your shift lead is screaming at another employee in front of customers about the sidework at the end of shift. Im not liking the vibe anymore...

The service was low class, cashier sat and talked on her cell phone the entire time I ordered and ste my food. They claimed to be out of straws for the drinks and, I had to search for napkins. The men's facility had an out of order sign posted on the door . I didn't know they could get any worse than Cincinnati. But, they did.

This is a sandwich shop in a business district. The folks are nice enough. The sandwiches are... sandwiches. Usually fine. I've had better, but... I come here for the speed and proximity to work. That said. This place has real problems: They used to be fast. For 6mo+, they have been slow. Real slow. They used to be clean. Now the cashiers and food prep folks are disorganized and messy. The seats and floors aren't what I'd call spic and span. Today, two of their limited tables were occupied by employees. One was on her phone - playing a game or maybe reviewing another subpar establishment - and the other had a toddler stationed there. SHE had Oreos. She wouldn't give me any. Final straw, people.

I used to love this place. Quick lunch on a 30 minute break working downtown. Now over the past month and a half, theres never any chips or cookies and the fountain drinks are always watered down or no syrup at all. I will not be going here anymore.
