I visited this Jimmy John’s recently, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The bread was genuinely good—fresh, soft inside with a nice crust. The sandwich itself was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. As a vegetarian, I found the menu pretty underwhelming—just a couple of basic options, not much variety or flavor.
Service was quick and polite, which I appreciated. However, the location was a bit hard to find, and parking was a hassle—there’s a paid lot with only a few spots, and they were mostly full. The area around the store wasn’t the cleanest, and the inside felt cramped and a little dull.
Not a great spot for families or anyone needing wheelchair access either—the setup inside is tight, and the entrance isn’t very accessible. Overall, it's fine if you're nearby and just want a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.

Ordered a catering meal for pickup at 11:00am. Store is supposed to open at 10:30am. Showed up at 11:00 and it was completely closed. Called numerous times with no answer. I got ahold of corporate and they put in for a refund. At 1pm the “manager” called and said he got “backed up”. Asked if I still wanted my order two hours after an event… no sir, I want an apology and a refund.
My online order got lost. Man with nasty unkempt dreads with hair falling out was not wearing his hair up or with a covering. He got the order together and shook the bag in my face when he was done making my list order and rudely said “HERE.” The other man made a rude comment about me ordering my wrap with a lettuce wrap. The woman was very nice.

Jimmy John’s usually is consistent but this location really rubbed me the wrong way.
It took nearly an hour to get my order but I totally understand due to a big event in the area and there’s only so many sandwiches you can push out but here’s what got me, I placed a takeout order and I was in the proximity of the guy making it and instead of him just handing it off to me and acknowledging my patience he just rudely ignored me and placed it on the pickup shelf without acknowledging me.
The funny thing was I didn’t mind waiting until literally a hour after to get the older but to just do that really sends a message of carelessness even with dinner rush. First and last time I’ll order at this location.

4 for atmosphere because we didn't eat there.... went Saturday April 19. Ordered 4 sandwiches for take out. Showed up and the place was super busy (due to a soccer game downtown). Only one guy working and he was WORKING!!! Did a great job! I know a lot of places are understaffed... but this guy was killing it. Thanks!!!! I hope he sees this... his work was appreciated.

Current General Manager was really rude to me today. Left feeling hurt and disrespected, came in to say hello after seeing him just walk inside and was told straight away they were closed. I was happy to see him and thought we were friends. Service was superb 7 months prior when I last came in, not sure what happened since then. No longer feel welcomed to come back with my sister. Approachability could be worked on.

I made an order online through the Jimmy John's website. The food was never delivered. I contacted the store, who informed me that they could not issue me a refund because the order had gone through Uber Eats, even though I never used Uber Eats. They then told me I would need to download an Uber Eats app and contact their customer service in order to receive refund for food I placed with Jimmy John's.

Worse jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Would not address me or take my order
I tried to walk in and order lunch today and they wouldn't take my order at the register. The reasoning given was that they had too many online orders and the only way to order was online. This makes zero sense to me. What's the difference if I order in person or stand there and order online. I took the time to walk there and order in person because I like to watch it be made. It's been wrong when I order online. If they want to do this, put kiosks in. This isn't the first time this has happened. I left and got food somewhere else.

No tea, ordered subs to be ready by noon, didn't even start making the subs till I walked in 10min before noon.
Only one person working so not sure if they were understaffed or if the drivers were out, but the one dude moved slow.

It’s a sub place, no bread ready. Employees could care less, taking an extra holiday. No tea was brewed. I get it, it’s the day after a holiday. The moral of the story, your dollar doesn’t go as far around a holiday. Don’t expect any cheer either. I’ll still go to Jimmy John’s, inky it’ll be a different location.
