I asked the person on the phone for an Italian sub he told me that the bread would take 30 minutes to make and I told him OK I don’t mind waiting but I would like to have wheat bread if they have it he said it would take 30 minutes I said OK 10 minutes later they had my food ready for pickup because I am in the hospital and I always order the same sandwich when I’m here, I ordered it yesterday anyway I got the food it was a sandwich and when I called back to talk to the manager a guy name Tim with a very very nasty attitude answer the phone he started yelling at me about me asking for a sandwich when I’m positive I said Italian sub he was very irate and he lie to me and told me he was the manager he also after me calling another store finding out what the manager name was lied and told me that the manager was not in so I couldn’t complain so I was stuck with the sandwich I didn’t want and would not compromise and give me the sandwich I wanted even after I told him I would pay the delivery fee, the restaurant is literally next door so I was stuck with something I didn’t order or want

They serve chopped lettuce and mayo sandwiches, with the option of meat as garnish. Their bread is strangely gummy, and I doubt it would pass for bread in an Irish court.

Terrible costumer service. Guy would put what I wanted on my sandwich said it’s extra for it. Has an attitude with everyone that come in the door. Need new employees

I've ordered from this location numerous times, often with a reasonable delivery time. A couple of times, however, the order has taken over an hour to be delivered. I called in to inquire about it the most recent time this happened and was told it could take another twenty minutes to arrive. Don't order delivery from here if it is for your lunch break.Update: It's been an hour and a half and it still hasn't shown up lol

False advertising. You pay $1.99 for a 22 Oz soda, they deliver you a 12 Oz can and never answer the phone to fix anything. Thousands of orders a week, means they are stealing from our community on a considerable scale.

Never visited this location in person. Use this location often for delivery. Easy online ordering. Always get my order on time, if not early. The people who work at this location are very nice and helpful.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, I frequent this location, and the delivery is always prompt. They follow special instructions and custom orders to the tee, and it’s always delicious. My only complaint is that they are usually not open on weekends due to staffing issues I assume.
Bought a tuna sandwich and watched as the guy gave the smallest portion of tuna he could I took two bites out my sandwich and it was nothing but bread smh

$13 for a regular combo? There was a line behind me but I was surprised to be charged $13 for a regular roast beef (#2) with cheese and a cookie and soda. After paying and getting my drink and stood back to study the sign. The regular combo is $9 and change. So I ask the guy who rang me out and he made the same circular argument and went through my receipt item by item, and I couldn't get my point across that we shouldn't be itemizing. The combo meal was $9-something, not $13. It's only a couple of bucks and I let it go. Go outside and the cookie is stale as hell. JJ's cookies used to be so fresh. What happened Jimmy John's? For $13 I can get a lot better meal anywhere around town, and certainly won't be back to this location.

If you can’t adhere to your posted store hours, change them. Wasted my time coming here. Don’t bother giving this place any business. Hopefully it gets replaced with a different restaurant.

Felt like this particular location wasn't as fast others I've been. Efficient touches were missing (no lids for medium cups, napkins not provided with the order). Amount of product on the sandwich was minimal as well (even though I requested everything as on the menu). Likely will try another location in the area next time.

Dear Jimmy John's,When I am at your establishment and order a small drink and you are out of small cups, the correct answer is "we are out of small cups today, so I have to give you a large cup".It is NOT "we only have large drinks today". Being out of small cups is your problem, not mine, and it is not the same as being out of tomatoes.
