Had to make my order twice and still couldn’t get it right. There was a hair in my second sandwich too. The customer service is worse than non-existent, it’s terrible. Definitely sad to see this place lose business because they can’t keep any quality employees, but I’m grateful there are plenty of other Jimmy John’s around!
Got alfalfa sprouts yesterday... they were rancid. I called back to get a different sandwich and the guy was extremely suspicious. he didn't outright accuse me of lying but implied I was changing my story to get free food. I will attach a picture of the rancid sprouts in the comments... I don't appreciate being questioned when YOU gave me food that could seriously hurt me.
The drive thru doesn’t work, there was a car in front of me. The employees saw me waiting. When the car in front of me pulled away, I waited 10 min for some employee to come to the window and said hold on and never came back. Took my business elsewhere. This location is the worst. I always see employees sitting around. Sorry I wasted my time
