My place of employment is close to Jimmy John’s so over the last couple years I have ordered and picked up lunch there 1-3 times a week. Kris the Manager does an amazing job of making sure his staff is professional, friendly and quick to take your order. I especially like that they make fresh brewed iced tea!! I went in to get a sandwich and when I asked for extra dressing the lady making the sandwich ignored me. I had to ask for some on the side and the gentleman on shift made a smart remark. I won’t be returning, the sandwich wasn’t even good.

SLOWEST DELIVERY! I ordered at 11:15 am and we didn't receive our food until 12:40! The toasted subs weren't hot, and the cold subs were warm.

This is not my usual JJ, I made a curbside pickup order because I didn’t realize this location had a drive through. Upon arriving, the first thing the guy who brought it out said was “You know we have a drive through” and proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t want to get out of my car, that next time I should use the drive through. He wasn’t mean per se, but confrontational. Then, when I got home, my sandwich had absolutely no toppings on it, and they have always come included without me giving special instructions on the app.

The server would not toast my Pepe, instead she forced me to buy the Cubano which was $2.50 extra. The only difference is the Cuban adds bacon. Basically the same sandwich. OK, I'll use your tip to cover the extra amount. This is the 2nd time I ever ate JJ's, the 1st time the server toasted my Pepe! And that server was tipped....
