The staff here are great! I come in regularly for lunch and appreciate the good service. I have noticed its been warm inside the restaurant lately, some additional AC would be nice for those of us enjoying our lunch while dining in.

I watched the employee make a sandwich, pause, grab her phone, wipe her hands on her jeans, and put her AirPods in her ears…with her gloves on and continue to make the sandwich. This was so disgusting and goes against food handling policy. I’ll never return to this location. The board of health should shut them down!

Do not order from their online app!!!!!We ordered about 6 different Chic Ceasar wraps from this place and they all were missing extra items we paid for, one had 2 pieces of meat in the unwrapped wrap and no mayo.I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very rude after trying to defend the wrong wraps that were made. He said "I know I added this because i made them". He then hung up on me after I asked for his name, I called back and spoke to the owner who was again, rude! I advised him there were missing items on the wraps that was paid for and his manager hung up on me.Of course he backed his manager and said " he told you he is giving you a credit",problem is he never even asked my name. He just Assumed I was the person who placed the order and not the one who paid for the order.My next step will be calling Jimmy John's Corp, because that was $60.00 down the drain with no resolution from a rude manager and an owner that allowed their customers to be disrespected!

Made a stop at this Jimmy John's location and nothing but great things to say! Shoutout to Kriss who was welcoming and so friendly! Our sandwiches tasted awesome, best Turkey Tom I've had! Highly recommend visiting this location, you won't be disappointed!
